The staff at Sunrise Mountain Lakes is fantastic!! Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and kind. I'm so impressed on their work ethic, thoroughness, and the way they take care of their residents. So thank you for taking care of my father-law...he really enjoys his new room, and how the staff treats him. I thank you for that too. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a positive feeling an atmosphere immediately when you walk in. Thank you for all you do. You all work very hard and I appreciate everything you do. And my compliments to the chef/s...the food is absolutely delicious!! And the dining areas make you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel.

This place is a dream. My dad is over 100 and needed some rehabilitation following a fall. He was quickly rehabilitated back on his feet. He is so content that he doesn't want to leave. Good food, friends, fun and caring capable staff.

If you are looking for a place in memory care for your loved one, save a lot of time and check out Sunrise at Mountain Lakes first, and stop right there. You will not find a better place. Everyone from the director Germain Dignan on down cares not only about the residents but their families, and it shows. It is difficult to explain the overwhelming feeling of relief knowing that you have made the right decision. One meeting with Germain will convince you.

We can't thank the staff at Sunrise of Mountain Lakes enough for all that they have done for our mother and us (my 4 siblings). The care and compassion with which your are treated with from your first meeting with the executive team, move in day, first few weeks of adjustment, to our one year anniversary is incomparable. The staff that helps with the residents are the nicest, loving, most caring people that you would be honored to have take care of your loved one. We can't thank Sunrise of Mountain Lakes enough for everything they do!!

It is an absolute pleasure working with the team at Sunrise of Mountain Lakes and I could not feel more fortunate to be a part of it! They go out of their way consistently to make sure every resident's needs are carefully considered and fulfilled. The building is just beautiful, the food is delicious and staff are ALL warm and welcoming. The care they provide is incomparable and it shows!

Sunrise of Mt Lakes has given my mother ( 95yrs young ), a new life!! The facility is new and beautiful!! From the moment we walked into visit I knew I did not want my mother to be anywhere else!! The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding! The staff is warm and welcoming!! I can give names but I honestly I would be afraid to leave someone's name out. They are all Wonderful!! The social activities are by far the best!! There are group exercises, games, socials, art class. Day trips and so much more. The food is delicious The chef is always willing to make a residents favorite meal from the past!! I highly recommend Sunrise of Mt Lakes, it will not disappoint if you are looking for a Special place for your Special Someone !

We couldn't be more pleased with Sunrise of Mountain Lakes. Every inch of the facility looks like a luxury hotel, and it is immaculate. The staff is very experienced, professional, creative, accommodating and compassionate. The chef and his staff are especially creative and excellent. Perhaps most importantly, for our situation, are the very creative, varied, healthy and well executed daily activities that encompass exercise and hydration, cognitive stimulation, art, music, cooking, and socialization. Sunrise has also brought in many wonderful artistic programs and performances. We did extensive research before choosing an assisted living facility, and couldn't be happier with our choice.

From the under construction visit to mom's actual move in everything has been fantastic! Every one on staff has phenomemal. Mom has settled in and loves the care that she is getting there. Gourmet meals 3x per day and snacks available all the time. Activities all day for her. From Bingo to Panting picures to puzzles, she is always doing somthing. Staff ALWAYS has time to talk to you and they even know me by name. Its such a warm welcoming feeling walking thru the doors and it is very comforting knowing mom is getting top notch care and I don't have to worry about her.
