Our full-time caregiver, Grimau, has been truly exceptional in caring for my elderly mom, who is 94 years old and in a wheelchair. He is compassionate, patient, attentive, and treats my Mom with genuine dignity and respect. Having Grimau as her nurse has brought our family tremendous peace of mind. I’m using home healthcare for my mom for the first time. I interviewed multiple companies and really liked how Tender was so professional. When we had our first meeting, it was via Zoom and they even scheduled a follow up meeting on Zoom as well. I was impressed with the recommendations and referrals that I received along with the possibility that their caregivers can drive my Mother to her doctors appointment. So far the nurse that we’ve been using has been very professional as well and asks a lot of questions follows my directions and my mother really gets along with her. I would recommend this company if someone’s looking for home healthcare for a parent or a child.

The first time I needed home health care I just picked the company with an office closest to me with a decent rating. Big mistake. After dropping them for poor service, I hired Tender Home Health and it’s been amazing. Super communicative, responsive, even when a caregiver doesn’t work out they find a replacement right away. You can text them for anything and the office responds right away, Jennifer in particular has been amazing!! Vianey is my caregiver that I chose after a couple of tries, she is THE best. I’ve been usingTender Home Health recently and they have been wonderful, keeping me apprised of the different caregivers and work with us with our on and off schedules. My husband recently had a hemorrhagic stroke leaving him paralyzed on the left side. Most of his care are woman, they were great but having a man Andrew Alcala interact with was great for his mental health. Andrew is very proactive with his needs and always there to assist us. I can’t say enough about Andrew.

After my total knee replacement, I relied on the services of Tender CareHome. The caregivers were professional efficient and compassionate. The communication with the agency was great. Especially if my caregiver for the day, was either running a bit late, or needed to be replaced with a different caregiver, I would get a call to inform me regarding the above issues. I would highly recommend this agency!

I was trying to be a helpful husband and find any kind of assistance for my mother-in-law recently. My mom-in-law was scheduled for hip surgery and was going to stay with us for post-op and recovery. My wife and I both work full time and our kids are in school, so nobody could assist her during the day. I figured the best way to help was to find someone to help her and knew what to do. That's where Tender Home Health comes in. I gave their office a call and gave them an overview of our situation. They were thankfully very helpful in giving me information as well as options for my mom-in-law's care. We opted for caregivers to come and assist our mom while we were at work, and it was a great match. They thankfully pulled through and provided us the peace of mind we all needed. Highly recommended for home health needs. The staff is super nice and informative. Finding care for a loved one is always tough, but working with Tender definitely made it easier.

I had a bad experience with one of their nurses. The management's response was swift and appropriate. They addressed the problem quickly and contacted me. They made it clear that they were concerned, and wanted to make sure I understood that the problem had been addressed. They took steps to insure it would not happen again, and were professional in their handling of my complaint. I would give management 5 stars. The nurse gets zero stars.

I have gone through many nurses and agency’s over the last two years and Nanking is without a doubt the best. She is very thorough and very accommodating. She is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and precise. I would recommend your agency to anyone because of her. Having been present on several occasions of her visit, I can without reservation, second mikes sentiments about Nanking. She has that delicate balance of a pleasant almost neighborly demeanor while never loosing focus on her Job.

I have mixed experience with the overall experience. As for the 2 nurses I have had over the past year, my first nurse was a 5-star and my present nurse would be a 3-star. The office is, in my experience, mostly invisible and does no reach out when the nurse is coming. Rating of 1-star.
