Dear Nancy & Jessica, Anita and I have been residents at Sancerre for the past month. I was particularly reluctant to leave our home and move to Sancerre not knowing what to expect. However, Anita has been ill and lost a great deal of weight and needed help. This is what we found and experienced, 1) The most personable loving and attentive personnel. 2) Service that exceeded any previous experiences we ever had. 3) Most diverse menu served buy a wonderful group of waitresses and waiters. 4) Incredible maintenance as exampled by a faulty facet replaced within hours. As a VP of a mid sized corporation I always believed that quality and performance starts with top management. To summarize, Anita has gained back some of her lost weight, walking tall for the most part and we are both thankful for having made the decision to join the wonderful people at Sancerre. Thank you Nancy and Jessica ....Love Anita and Marty.

I would have rated Sancerre higher. The staff is capable & kind. However, my father passed away on 6/25, we cleaned out his apartment on 6/27 & paid the fee to have the facility clear out the rest of his furniture. They charged him for the next months rent - took $7,500 out of his account for July when he died June 25th. Still haven’t been reimbursed for July. Very disappointing

It was my first visit with my Aunt Mimi, and I was immediately impressed by how pleasant and welcoming the staff were. When entrusting the care of a loved one to others, it’s natural to feel uncertain, but the team here truly treats residents and their families like their own. Since moving in, my aunt has shown noticeable improvement compared to when she was living independently. It’s been especially reassuring to see her forming friendships and engaging with others. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed and provide a perfect setting for residents to relax and spend time together. I was particularly touched that a member of the sales team, Claire, took the time to walk the property with us, check in, and engage in meaningful conversation. She is just one example of the many staff members who clearly demonstrate genuine care and attentiveness. Overall, the facility is clean, welcoming, and supportive. Most importantly, my Aunt Mimi is happy and enjoying her time here, which gives our family great peace of mind.

Our mom is currently a resident at Sancerre, and we have been so pleased with her outstanding care and surroundings. Jessica was an integral part of our decision to select Sancerre after visiting several facilities in the Palm Coast area. Jessica is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She accommodated our schedule, made home visits, promptly returned all our calls, provided us with answers to all of our questions, and made us feel like family. We received regular communication and invitations to all the community events so we could attend to familiarize Mom with the facility and meet other residents while we were considering our options. Now that Mom has settled in, she loves her new apartment and the incredible staff that cares for her. We visit daily and always feel welcome and are greeted with smiles and kindness. We maintain the utmost admiration and gratitude to Jessica and the entire staff for making this process such a positive experience. We highly recommend Sancerre for any loved ones that are in need of a living arrangement that assists with their needs.

I looked at soooo many places before choosing Sancerre for my mother. Working with Jess through the evaluation process was seamless and elegant. She was available for every (of the many) questions that I had, and made sure that we not only had answers, but personally experienced every aspect of their offering to see for ourselves. One of the things I noticed immediately, was how every member of the staff greats every resident and visitor with a smile and kind word, even if they are just passing in the hall. Mom has been there for two months and my early impression has held true. From Nancy and Dawn on the front desk, to the med techs, nurses, dining staff and every helpful hand along the way, this is a kind, warm, attentive and incredibly welcoming home.

My mother moved into Sancerre in Palm Coast about a month ago, and we are incredibly pleased with our experience so far. My mother is over 90 years old and has mobility challenges. We considered four facilities, and Sancerre was easily the best fit. From the very beginning, Jessica Smith made all the difference. She explained everything clearly, answered every question patiently, and showed genuine care and compassion. While she is a sales representative, she is so much more than that. She knows everything that goes on in the community and has stayed closely involved with us through the entire process—from signing the contract to move-in day and beyond. She continues to pay close personal attention to my mother, and that ongoing support is deeply appreciated. My mother has wonderful things to say about Jessica, the front desk support, the nursing staff, the other caregivers, and her fellow residents. Like many residents, she receives hospice care, and Sancerre works seamlessly with the hospice providers—it truly feels like a partnership. Even with hospice support, the Sancerre nursing team and caregivers remain attentive and provide additional care whenever needed. The facility itself is just a few years old and beautifully decorated. The design is ideal—large enough to offer lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and group activities, yet small enough to be easy to navigate for someone using a walker and experiencing mild cognitive challenges. It feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully planned. One of the things we especially appreciate is how the community helps new residents feel connected right away. The facility coordinates with residents who participate in a Welcome Committee to ensure newcomers feel comfortable and begin building relationships early on. They actively encourage involvement in activities and social opportunities so residents don’t feel isolated. That warmth and outreach have made a meaningful difference in helping my mother feel at home. Whenever a family member or I visit, we leave feeling reassured and grateful. I’m so thankful that my mother is able to spend this phase of her life in a place where she can thrive, build friendships, and most importantly, receive the compassionate care and attention she deserves. I would highly recommend Sancerre to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

When we were visiting/interviewing facilities for our father Bill, Jessica was not only very helpful, but she was professional, confident, and very patient. Jessica showed us options of available rooms, answered all of our questions and was willing to do whatever it took in order for us to feel comfortable with our decision. I have to say in the end after visiting three assisted living care facilities Jessica was part of the reason we chose Sancerre. We had a feeling that she genuinely cared for our father and the care that he would receive at the facility. Looking back over the last five months Jessica continues to be an asset for us and our father. As families know, when arranging the next chapter in a loved one’s life finding a place that will care for them is difficult and emotional. For me and my family, Jessica provided a calming experience that was very much needed and appreciated. The staff at Sancerre is very helpful and caring. Transitioning into assisted living is difficult for a loved one, the staff at Sancerre is certainly patient, helpful and committed to providing support and assistance beyond my expectations. My parents have been at Sancerere for about two years. I only have great things to say. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is wonderful. My father recently passed and the staff has been great. Jessica in the sales office has gone out of her way, in many ways, to personally help me through this difficult time. I can’t thank her enough!!!!! Every time I come to visit, she comes out of her office to hug me and talk to me. My dad loved her. Other staff members have also been very supportive, Nancy, Nicole, Jo Jo, Tyler. Thank you all so very much for helping my parents and family.

Moving my dad out of his home and into Sancerre was very difficult for him and the family. During that time, Sancerre Memory Care staff expressed their love and grace when it was most needed to make the transition easier for everyone. It's been 6 months now and I rest easy knowing my dad is cared for in a loving but professional manner. We are extremely grateful for the feedback given to the family of his needs and how he is doing. The food, events, cleanliness, and everything Sancerre brings to the table is second to none. BUT...it's Yani and the Memory Care team that make the difference! It's clear to me the decision made for my dad to reside at Sancerre was the correct one! I had such a lovely experience at Sancerre’s recent tea party. The gourmet food/teas from the chef to the beautiful decorations and tea cups the atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking. Sophie and Jessica did such an amazing job, everyone that came, felt so welcomed and loved. That’s just one of the many, many activities that takes place at Sancerre, Because their activities director Nicolle definitely keeps the residence full of fun and laughter.

Sancerre is family. They are simply amazing!! Since day one of my folks being there, they walked us through a difficult situation with great patience and kindness. I especially can't say enough about Yanni, the Memory Care Director. She is so wonderful!! The entire memory care staff goes above and beyond making my folks and all the residents feel at home while giving exceptional care.

From the moment I brought my parents to Sancerre in November of 2024, the weight of worry and concern was lifted immediately. The attention to detail from medical assistance to recreation and dining is second to none. The staff and residents is what makes Sancerre feel like family… this was evident when my father passed away in April and everyone was so supportive of my family but more importantly my Mother.. The activities ranging from gaming (bingo!!), crafts, culinary as well as trips to local sights is what makes this “experience” so worthwhile. The staff is first class always concerned for the well being of the residents spending extra time to ensure they are taken care of. Those staff members who I’ve had the pleasure getting to know have become like trusted family members.. Nicole making sure my Mom is ok everyday and ready to play Bingo… Nancy, the welcoming face when you arrive at the facility,. JoJo making sure my Mom is safe in her room and that it’s spotless.. the kitchen and wait staff that are always friendly and accommodating.. and for the medical staff that’s just a push button away… When my Mom first got to the Sancerre, she remarked that she felt like she died and went to heaven… we will wait on the heaven part because she’s enjoying herself to much right now. Thanks to everyone that makes my family feel safe, but more importantly, making my Mom happy..

I would like to recognize the amazing staff at Sancerre Palm Coast, specifically in Memory Care. My parents are in a somewhat unique situation with mom in assisted living and dad in memory care. While the initial transition was quite challenging, my father has truly flourished with the support from Memory Care Staff. Communication from Memory Care, director, Ebony, has been fantastic, and I have observed all of the Care Partners to be patient and accommodating. Laura in Memory Care has been amazing and has made sure my dad is able to call family as needed and also visit with mom in her apartment. In addition, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the community, as well as all of the activities residents can participate in throughout the week.I look forward to visiting often, and I enjoy having some peace of mind that my parents are safe and being cared for compassionately.

My dad has been at the Sancerre since it first opened in April 2022. The quality of care he has received has been wonderful, especially under current leadership. A big shout out to the Memory Care staff, especially Ebony Brock (whose fantastic communication and kind professionalism are top-notch), Lisa Bloom (although she's since resigned, she had SUCH a huge impact on our experience and deserves to be included here!), and care partners Lisa, Jamie, Liz, and so many more. Thank you to Jennifer Leggett for her phenomenal, relatable leadership, and to all the staff members and volunteers who fill the entire space with a sense of warmth and welcome. I'm always impressed by the number of engaging activities that all memory care residents have an opportunity to participate in each day too, and thanks to such caring staff, most residents stay active, stimulated, and social all throughout the day. Lastly, I appreciate the dignity and true kindness that all residents are shown. You all are a blessing to so many families and our loved ones.

This is part of an email I sent to the executive director and memory care director last week, July 31and I wanted to share it. "I just wanted to make sure I told you how great all the staff is in the neighborhood. While I was there the past few days the staff seem so happy and engaged. It really feels like they all like being with the residents and each other. When I was leaving yesterday, it happened to be at the 3oclock shift change I got to see almost everybody. They all seemed to have a smile on their face and were filling each other in on what was happening. It was great to see that they are all working as a team and have a warm and wonderful attitude. As I said goodbye, the warmth and caring towards my mom(and me) made me feel that I don’t have to worry about mom. They all have her! " Having a loved one with cognitive impairment is so difficult but having my mom in such a caring , beautiful place makes it a bit easier!

Being a medical provider I have high expectations for the care of residents. Jennifer and Ebony exceeded my expectations with their genuine care and concern for these residents. They are always on top of concerns and get them addressed asap. I’ve seen both Jennifer and Ebony with residents in their offices just listening to them, laughing with them, and lending a hug if needed. Truly great people and a beautiful facility.

Sancerre is the 4th place I’ve had my dad in the last 3 years since I moved him to FL from TX due to his Alzheimer’s diagnosis. I can honestly say that I’m glad I didn’t settle on the ones that did not provide my dad with the best care possible. I’m very happy and at peace with him living at Samcerre. I especially want to give a shout out to Ebony, who is the Director of Memory Care. She has been the most valuable link to me knowing how my dad is “really” doing and what his needs are, both medically and in general. She is very communicative and genuinely cares, which means the world to me. Also, the dedicated activities offered for stimulation (as much for men as women) is extremely important, and they have provided that as well. The entire staff is the best I’ve seen yet. Please keep up the great work, Sancerre!

I recently moved my mom to Sancerre at Palm Coast. She absolutely loves it and tells me daily how happy she is to be there. I visited many facilities and upon entry to Sancerre, I knew I had found a place for my mom. I can honestly say that all of the Sancerre staff are excellent! They’re friendly, kind, helpful, and compassionate. They truly care about the residents. I’ve visited my mom daily and the care is consistent. The staff is welcoming and they’re always engaged with the residents. The residents are encouraged to come out of their rooms and are also served three meals a day in the dining room. The food is very good. Sancerre is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It brings a smile to my face upon entry, unlike most other facilities. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for at Sancerre. I’m incredibly grateful to all the staff. It’s wonderful to have such a facility available for my mom to call home.

Sancere has been our mom’s home for the past 2 years. Since mom has been in memory care she has been loved and cared for. All the care staff have been amazing! I also would like to give an extra review to Ebony. She has been amazing communicating with us on a weekly basis on mom. Whenever there is a request, change, or need for mom….she is on top of things. It give me and my sister peace that mom is safe and loved.

Sancerre Memory Care unit is EXCEPTIONAL, Lisa Bloom is the most Amazing resident engagement specialist I’ve seen in town. She truly cares for every resident, she knows their likes/dislikes, she listens to them and she simply honors each and every one of them for who they are. The residents absolutely loves and knows they can turn to her if they are having a good or bad day. It’s simply beautiful to observe. I can say the same for the memory care staff members(Rose, Liz, Jaime, Marie, Lisa, and the list goes on and on) These ladies truly care for their residents. Thank you ladies for all you do to provide the residents with a great community and quality of life.

Sancerre is THE BEST community in NE Florida! From the 1st day of touring the space our family felt that this was the place for mom. Jen, the director, is a ray of sunshine. Lisa in sales, is a doll and very open, honest and thorough. Ana is a superhero for calming mom on day 1 and it’s obvious she loves what she does. The team in both assisted living and memory care are fantastic and tend to the residents with love. I hope when it’s my time to retire I am able to live at Sancerre. Seriously the best of the best!

This facility is absolutely wonderful! Not only is it beautiful inside, but the staff is also extremely caring and attentive. It gives a very high end feel with a staff that treats their residents like family. If you're looking into memory care, look no further. They genuinely care about their residents and provide many activities to keep people stimulated and engaged. Lisa, the Director of Memory Care, knows everyone and their families by name. She is constantly planning new events and personally engaging with residents on a daily basis.

On the plus side, TheAzure/Sancerre of Palm Coast is an attractive pleasant place to live with excellent caregivers and services (weekly laundry and cleaning)and friendly residents. On the negative side, there was a change in management companies to 'Experience Senior Living' That change resulted in an increase in charges for my services and my decision to vacate to a different situation. We are angry about that action by management and the disruption to our lives. Thus the necessity to move out. We don't trust the company.

I had the please of touring The Azure and getting to speak with the staff. It became very clear that the staff were very passionate about the care they provide to the community they serve. The facility is absolutely beautiful. So much attention to detail, not only on the decor and flow of the building, but also to the activities they have designed for the residents who live there.
