Amazing, kind, compassionate staff, nice temp control private rooms, dining area, smoking area. I'm from out of state and the administrator found a way to help us with accommodation. Words can't express the way I feel towards how they've treated my family through this. Very affordable for these types of facilities. I would highly recommend pheasant view assisted living if you are in need of these types of services.

Pheasant View Assisted Living is a great place to live. The administrator, Rick Berry is excellent. He is always willing to help. His primary goal is to make sure the residents are comfortable and happy. The staff is also top notch. They are kind and willing to help.

This beautiful facility is tucked back in a neighborhood and has such a homey feel. The interior is warm and inviting and clean and tidy. They have fun activities and the staff are friendly and professional.

My mother has lived at Pheasant View for close to 2 years now and it has been such a blessing to our family to have found this place! I have peace of mind knowing she is in their care. I recently met a fairly new caregiver, Keanna, and she is the reason I am finally writing this review. There are many things that are good in this situation but Keanna is the icing on the cake, she's so perfect at paying attention to the details of mother's care. Our family is grateful!

This is a nice, warm, friendly community. When you walk in, someone always greets you. The staff seem happy and there are always residents in the living room playing games or doing activities. I usually go in near lunch time and the food smells wonderful. Things are certainly going the right direction!

Pheasant View as a facility is really clean, inviting, and cozy, and the staff is so kind! I feel like the residents are well taken care of and seem happier to be there compared to some other facilities I've been. Super impressed.

I was recently accepted to work as a CNA by the new management here at Pheasant View. I've already witnessed amazing improvements that I haven't seen anywhere else!! I absolutely adore all of our residents and their personalities. It's so exciting to be apart of this transition, yet I am humbled and grateful to be able to help improve their care of daily life!! We have a few apartments available if you or a loved one are interested please stop by anytime!

I've been here for 7 months. I enjoy having my own bathroom, and walk in closet. I enjoy the staff, and the cooks are great!! In whatever situation I've had has been taken care of. I look forward to being here many years!

I have mixed feelings about this place. When the new management came in, it started to go down hill. For the most part I am happy with how they treat my grandma, but are slipping up and not following through on things they claim they will take care of. Staff is friendly, but need to seriously step it up. I smell a lawsuit in the future if things don't get better and my grandma is hurt because of it.

So I work at the clinic & we work with these guys when we have mutual patients come in.. I seriously can't get over how kind, caring, & professional these guys are towards our patients.. I see a lot of patients being brought in by different facilities & have actually called the facility if I felt like the patient wasn't being treated right. I just want to say how much I appreciate it.. patient care is a big thing for me & seeing the way Kelci interacted with our mutual patient today warmed my heart.. She is the exact example of why I started in the healthcare field to begin with.. Hands down great yet professional care.. 20 stars if I could.. DO NOT LET THAT ONE GO!!

Out of all of the facilities I've seen, Pheasant View is one of the only place I would feel comfortable putting one of my own family members, speaking from a nursing assistant's perspective.

We have had two different family members that have stayed at Pheasant View. I highly recommend this Assisted Living, the staff was caring and personable always willing to help in any way. I loved the atmosphere when we were there visiting, it feels more like a home, than an Assisted Living facility.

Pheasant view assisted-living is incredible. The staff is loving and caring and treats all the residence as if they were their own family. The facility is always clean and inviting when I visit. My grandfather refers to his care there as "being spoiled." I have toured many facilities, and none compare to pheasant view. I am at peace knowing my loved one is being cared for like he deserves and living a quality life because of pheasant view.

My Mother was very comfortable here in her last years of her life. The owner is so good to the residents and the staff are great as well. Each resident has their own large room and bathroom. My family was so grateful that we found this place for Mom to live. We checked out over 15 assisted living centers and when we walked into this place I just knew it was the one. I highly recommend it for your loved ones.
