I work with Parkhaven in the professional capacity to coordinate care for residents. My team and company is always welcomed at the Parkhaven facility and impressed by the compassion of the ENTIRE staff. Parkhaven has created a welcoming and family focused environment. The staff becomes family with the residents, resident families and resident care teams. Staff turnover is low and resident happiness is high. The care and compassion is unmatched. Thank you to all the Parkhaven staff that provides such a welcoming environment for residents.

This is one of the good ones. Authentically caring staff and a positive community. Mom was severely depressed and feeling done with life when she moved in 2 years ago. Now she is frequently smiling and involved in activities when I go to visit.

My father spent the last months of his life here . When I got the chance to go visit him at Park Haven I was happy to see how much care he was receiving. All the staff were knowledgeable, professional, kind,and caring.
