OLOPH has been taking care of my dad for 6 months and we couldn't be more pleased with the care he is receiving.

I got to work here for approx 4 months as a travel healthcare worker. I was overall very impressed with this facility! The building was well kept and always clean-- major kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff for this because I always saw them working hard! The majority of the nurses and aides were very compassionate people and cared about the patients as if they were their own family members. The activities room was always bumping and the residents were generally very social. They also had a ton of nondenominational, Catholic, and spiritual services almost daily that were available. The therapy team was awesome -- very knowledgable, positive, and always focused on how to best help the residents be successful. Even the food wasn't bad at all! I ate there often and there are a ton of options to pick from. As a travel healthcare worker, I have been to many different nursing homes and OLPH is definitely one of the best!

I am so blessed to serve as Chaplain at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. It is a true joy as I enter the doors each day. The nursing staff are caring, competent, and compassionate. It is truly an incredible place! I am daily reminded of the wonderful care the residents receive at Our Lady. It truly is an amazing place! I always recommend Our Lady to friends and family who need nursing, assisted living, or memory care.

The staff at Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) has been great taking care of my father. However, OLPH transportation services need to improve! I have tried to reserve a ride for my father to see his heart doctor or other specialist, and he is never available. He told me he was unavailable cause he had another patient to transport. I then find out he was getting the vehicle serviced. Which is the real reason? OLPH recommended a local cab service that never showed up twice. I am now forced to reserve medical transportation that is not covered. They need to improve services or get another driver. How about using an automated calendar so everyone can see if the driver is available?

I wish I could give our Lady 10 stars! This place is amazing! They care about the residents and the staff. Everyone is so nice! Definitely recommend this place! They took me in to do my senior internship and I'm not even from around here I am from Northern Virginia! I have nothing but happy reviews about both the Christopher center and the nursing side. Raul is a great mentor and Charlotte it so fun to work with. Nothing but good things about this place.

The D.O.N. Is the best nurse I have ever worked for and with. She is not afraid to get on the floor and work. She takes care and shows pride with all the residents and staff. Absolutely the Best!!!!

My goodness...I'm glad I picked OLPH! I checked out a lot of places before deciding on OLPH, and I am more than happy I chose them. Mom's been here close to a year, and I have no complaints. ANY issues are always addressed. The staff is always considerate and upbeat. I appreciate the phone calls from staff on any change in status or for approval of any change in care. They have MANY activities and encourage her to attend those that still benefit her as her health declines. And, if Mom's happy, we're all happy!

I had good and not soo good experiences at Our Lady st Perpetual Help but the good outweighed the bad. The administrative staff were very kind and understanding as well as my other bosses. I worked both dietary aide and housekeeping. My favorite was dietary aide because this kitchen staff makes great food. The residents here are well taken care of by the nurses and they have activities that everyone can join in on.

Hands down a great assisted living and the better part is that this facility has a memory unit (Christopher Center) and an extended assisted living. This is a place that all the residents love to call home and if your loved one needs dementia care, they can do that too. The building is immaculate, the grounds are well manicured, the staff is very professional, the activity departments are phenominal, and the food is great. The big difference in my opinion between Our Ladyof Perpetual Help and Marian Manor versus other assited living commubnities is that they have directors of nursing (RN) and assistant directors of nursing, a huge plus in my book.I would defintiely recommend the facility to all of my friends and family.

My father was in Our Lady for over 2 years and I have to say I was very pleased with the care he received. It is a beautiful home for all it residents. The staff goes the extra mile for each and everyone of it residents. If you are looking for a place for your love one you can rest assure they will be well care for at Our Lady. My father could be very difficult but Our Lady staff cared and loved him like family. GOD BLESS all of the staff and thier families at Our Lady and thank you for being so wonderful to Daddy, Linda Mapp
