My mother has been in Orchard View Assisted Living since May 2025. She loves it! She has a nice spacious apartment. The meals are fantastic. The chef met us when we first came and let us know that he prepares food of quality and taste that he would want to feed to his own mother. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They really take care of her. She appreciates the on-site medical care that is available. She came from another senior living facility out of state, and this one is of much higher quality. My wife and I will be looking into this place for us in about 15 years from now.

I am so impressed with the level of care and concern that is being shown to my mother at this facility. As she struggles with aging, more and more things become harder. With every obstacle she faces, there is an employee begging to help. They come up with creative solutions, showing genuine care and concern for her feelings. When our mom's condition declined, and we were navigating the heartbreak of her final days, the Orchard View team wrapped their arms around our entire family. **Kelly, her incredible hospice nurse**, was a rock - steady, compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply present during a time when we needed it most. Before we were even able to move her to memory care, the assisted living staff stepped in with extra attention, kindness, and genuine care that we will never forget. As we sat in vigil at her bedside during her final days, the kitchen staff lovingly prepared and delivered meals to us, which were not only delicious but filled with compassion. The facility itself - both assisted living and memory care - was absolutely top-notch: clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and safety. My mother and her husband have been at Orchard View for over three months now. They have had a wonderful experience here. The apartments are so spacious and welcoming. I feel like Chris has bent over backwards to help make the adjustment such a good experience for them. He is so friendly and accommodating. I feel that he has an honest desire to make them feel welcome and well taken care of. The nurses and staff are so good to them as well. It is a great place!

My mother and her husband have been living at Orchard View for several months now. We have been so pleased with the facility. We looked at several assisted living options in Utah County and opted for Orchard View. There are a couple of things we really like about the property. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and each suite has its own centralized HVAC system that runs quietly and keeps the temperature comfortable. A centralized system is a lot better than the loud wall mounted systems often found in motels and other assisted living centers. The kitchenette and bathrooms use a nice solid surface countertops that elevates the room's appearance. The flooring in the rooms are a higher quality than any other facility we visited. We feel like Orchard View is a good value and we have never felt "nickled" and "dimed" for services. The staff are wonderful and accommodating and truly love all of the residents.

We couldn’t ask for any better care for my father in law recently at Orchard View! When we arrived we had people waiting on us to help us get moved in so he would be comfortable! His room was big and clean! It had a good feeling in his room and the facility! We were continually blown away at how knowledgeable and helpful every member of the staff was! When we would visit, the staff Always knew what was happening with him! It made it possible for us to go home and not have to worry about him every night. We were totally happy and recommend Orchard View to everyone we know!

Visited as an outside provider and I was very impressed with the care staff as well as how nice and helpful they were. I have visited several assisted living buildings in the state of Utah and I had never been to this building. They had great energy and positivity. It was very clean and all the staff smiled at my visit today!!

My dad lived in the memory care unit. While He was well cared for by the staff, the administration was terrible. My dad was going through the Medicaid process while living here, things got delayed as they do with those systems, my dad was evicted and I was barraged with threats and texts from Chris about needing to make back payments and how he was ready to take me to court or collections, he also harassed the Medicaid workers so I know it wasn’t an isolated incident. Basically, don’t live here if you’re poor, it’s not okay to treat a family and a veteran the way we were treated.

This place is amazing! From the building to the staff, I have my father in law there in the memory care unit, they are so kind to him and watch out for his best interest! I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking professional care for there parents or loved ones.

The place is nice. But No activities or memory care patients. Every time we visit mother in law, she is sitting in the same chair all alone and no TV on. TV only works from individual phones and no remote

As a PTA and working in several assisted living centers in the area this one is by far the nicest! Very warm and welcoming. The staff are super friendly. The residents are the same. Wonderful place! Great views of the temple as well.

It’s difficult to say just how fantastic this place really is. I was just give a tour by Darren who is an extremely nice person who is very much interested in the welfare of everyone. He was the physical therapist that took care of my wife for a while and did a very good job and he took me on a tour through the Orchard view assisted living center. It does not surprise me that it’s as nice as it is because Darren was involved in building it so it would had to have been nice it’s an extremely beautiful place and the people that I have met thus far are very friendly and courteous and I so appreciate the attention that I was given when I came her! The main thing about this place is you need to see it to believe it‘‘‘
