My mom, who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease, spent the last six years of her life at Jones-Harrison. The staff is exceptional. With low turnover, there is time to really get to know each resident as unique and special. "These are all our parents," more than one caregiver expressed, and that is evident with the authentic and warm care my mother received every day to her last breath.

My dear Mother Marjorie Caye, has been a part of this wonderful community of Jones Harrison in MN for seven years now. The best service they provide is their professional caring & their one-on-one time spent individually or in a group doing fun activities, that's meaningful to the residents. Mom has always felt like "this is home" to her. She has never complained and is always HAPPY when we visit & call. Her room is clean & she is dressed looking so lovely. Jones Harrison's staff goes over & beyond in their work day - because besides their skills they have big hearts! Thank you so much EVERYONE.

Jones Harrison has provided exceptional and compassionate care to both of my parents over the past 5 years. They employ some very kind nurses and other dedicated support staff. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure that your loved ones are cared for and have their needs met! I have volunteered here for years. Every one of the staff has always treated me and the residents with patience and respect. One of the staff once told me "If you don't have love in your heart, you don't work here for very long" and that certainly looks true to me! I hope they are still around when I need them.

I have been a part of the Jones Harrison family since 2009. The building is clean, the views are beautiful, and most importantly, the staff genuinely cares about the people they serve. We have a lot of staff longevity here; I feel that speaks volumes about an organization. Before COVID, when tours were personal and one could meet the staff and residents, I asked one of our valued nursing assistants, "Why Jones Harrison?" He replied, "We can work anywhere, but we choose Jones Harrison because it's home." Our goal is peace of mind. If staying home is not a safe option, why not come to a place that's been caring for people since 1888?

Beautiful residence, placed our mother here in July from another facility and it has been great. Cheerful place staff is awesome and always helpful. Building smells fresh and clean at all times. This is the best wed toured and so much better than her previous experience at another place. We recommend Jones-Harrison to friends all the time. Update 8/8/2020 During these tough times for family not being able to freely come and go Jones-Harrison has done an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe and reducing risk. Very pleased with their care for our mother and maintaining a safe and caring environment.
