Our mother was a resident at Heritage for just over 4 years including the difficult COVID 19 period. During that time, the staff at Heritage was kind and careful to protect mother's health and very understanding of how difficult the isolation was for her. We were always confident that she was being cared for compassionately and appreciated the activities, outings and overall kindness she received. We are very grateful to all the management, caregivers, cooks, cleaning crew, laundry personnel and friendships she had with them as well as the other residence she enjoyed.

You pay a lot to have the care the least they can do is provide better internet especially when the residents call lights depend on the whether the internet is working or not

My mother has been a resident of Heritage Senior Living in Preston Idaho for many years. She has has been treated well by management and staff. The facility is lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. It is always a a pleasure to visit. Jordan Snedaker (owner/manager) has been wonderful, thoughtful, and kind. My sweet father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and the time came where we could no longer care for him without assistance. We had to make the very difficult decision of finding a facility that would care for him like we cared for him. The staff at Heritage Senior Living were so accommodating and kind and helped make that transition just a little easier. The facility itself is very clean and fit his needs perfectly. As a family, we felt like the staff there cared and loved him. Even after his passing, we still and will always, treasure their kindness to our beloved father and husband. There will always be a special place in our hearts for Mr. Snedaker and each staff member in the Memory Care Unit.

Heritage Senior Living and it's administrator Jordan and staff have been amazing to work with. We are not related to the resident we admitted on May 20, 2021 but he is a dear friend who does not have any local relatives that can help him with his care. He had severely declined over the last few months before he would agree to go to Heritage Senior Living. He never married and has lived alone all of his adult life. He had become very unkept and very unclean. Jordan greeted us the morning of his admittance and took him directly to the shower to clean him himself, which we thought was very compassionate! We are grateful that he is kept clean, feed and watched over. He has also enjoyed the ability to have his friends come to visit in a nice place as they could not visit in his house. He seems to have made friends with the staff and other residents. Many thanks, Corrie I have worked in the financing of nursing home mergers and acquisitions for 30+ years and have inspected 100's of nursing homes in the U.S. and Europe. I can state with confidence that Heritage Senior Living center is one of the finest facilities that I have seen. Heritage Senior Living stands out for it's quality of the facility, it's cleanliness, it's administrative staff and especially the kind, caring and compassionate caregivers! Our Dear Mother spent several years at this facility. She really Loved and appreciated the staff. The current owners have done an excellent job at renovating the facility. Our Mother now has a higher level of service required for her daily care, we were required to move her to a different facility. Carla and her staff were very accommodating, Mom felt secure with them as her aids. Thank you to all involved in caring for our Beautiful Mother.

I have been working with Heritage Home Senior Living for several years, first with a friend, then my mother in law and recently my own dear mother, Carol Lee Allen. This was a move that in all honesty, we did not want to do, however health and needs took precedence. I could not have been more pleased! The facility is clean and lovely and a pleasant place to be. Most of all however, the staff there is fantastic! My mom was cared for kindly, respectfully and with dignity. She felt that the individuals caring for her needs were not "workers", but her dear friends. In her final days and leaving the facility, they cried with me as we moved mom to the hospital. Many times the kitchen staff fixed special meals that they knew mom would like and try to eat. They went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable. Once when mom was gone for a little while for a hospital stay, her dear friend changed her sheets, (again), just because she knew it was really important to my mom. I also loved getting to know the staff as I visited with mom. Jordon and his staff were easy to work with and always courteous, kind and helpful in making decisions. I will forever be thankful for the loving care that was shown to my mom and to us as a family. Thank you so very much!!! Christine Rawlings

Heritage Home staff is very attentive to the residents,the facility is clean and well maintained and I never hear residents complain about the food. The owner Jordan, is on site and is willing to pitch in and help out. Treena, the facility nurse is amazing.

My mother was at the Heritage Home for 18 months. I visited her often...especially before Covid. I love the Heritage Home and am very impressed with the staffs individual care and concern for each resident. They have a nice variety of meals, alot of activites, and its clean and well maintenened. It has a nice family feeling and environment. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for this type of care.
