I love the feel of the building right when you enter the door, getting greeted by a very cute dog named Henry was a great surprise and put a smile on my face. I watched residents and staff participate in Zumba, overall great feel to this building

The community is warm and welcoming with compassionate and attentive staff who truly care about the residents. The culinary team has improved tremendously. With a wide variety of food, that is well prepared with meals that residents enjoy. The activities are engaging, thoughtfully planned, and encourage social connection. The facility is clean, comfortable, and truly feels like home.

I had been struggling for a long time about putting my father into an assisted living community. You hear all sorts of horror stories and it was a major decision my family and I had to make. Im so happy we chose Grace haven. They are amazing and their staff actually care about their residents/patients. They have so many fun activities for him to do. He absolutely loves it. Thank you Grace haven for taking such good care of my father. I cannot recommend them enough.

My 2 aunts have been residents of Grace Haven for several years. One is now 92 and the other one just turned 100! They are both very happy, and enjoy everyone that works there. Ive seen the staff interact with the residents, and I could not ask for better care for them!

I have 2 aunts at Grace Haven, St. Johns. One is 99 and one is 94. They are both in assisted living. Their apartments are very clean, the food is good, and they have so many events for the residents to do. They are both very happy to be living there, which makes me happy to visit them. The staff is great with all of the residents, and also friendly to visitors. Our town is so lucky to have a place like this!

When I first visited Grace Haven, it was during their Bi-Annual event. This was my first time inside the building and it looked nothing like I imagined! They had a dance floor lined in straw bales, disco lights and multiple photo opportunities. After tearing up the dance floor I got to tour the rest of the community. I had thought that was the extent of the party until we got to the Memory Care portion of the building. More photo opportunities, more music, even a home made claw machine! The staff that put this event on clearly wanted to make sure it was a special occasion. I appreciate the time and efforts shown by the team at Grace Haven to make this event flawless

My experience at Grace Haven was wonderful. From the minute I entered the building I was greeted with smiling faces and friendly people. While talking with residents, I get the feeling their needs are taken care of as the staff always seem to know what needs to happen next. They are thoughtful and respectful which translates to great relationships with the people who live there and I think that makes a big difference. I would highly recommend bringing a loved one to this community for these reasons and many more.

I am very thankful for the staff at Grace Haven. Not only do they focus on providing a great environment, they make sure it’s enjoyable along the way. I was told to bring my grand daughter in for the mud party that was happening later that week. I had no expectations since I have never been to a mud party. The people leading the event were very friendly and you could tell they were just as excited as the next person. The residents were lined up ready to take their turn on the mud slide which was just amazing to see! And after they had gotten their fun, the staff jumped in themselves! Even if my grand daughter did not end up doing everything, you just know she had a blast. We were treated so well by the staff and included as if we were a part of the family. I would recommend anyone to come visit Grace Haven and see what they can do for you.

Grace Haven is a wonderful place. Activities are so much fun and we love to volunteer. We have gone to the casino with them and we got to meet The Hunks. They provide such a great experience for their residents!

I had the best time visiting Grace Haven Living Center during their Mud Madness day! The staff put so much heart into creating a joyful experience. They took a resident’s wish to reminisce about playing in the mud and turned it into a whole mudslide party to reconnect them with their childhood. It was full of fun and screaming laughter, myself included! I’m posting photos with faces covered for privacy, but trust me, there were huge smiles underneath!!! I highly recommend Grace Haven, because not only are their activities incredible, but you can tell that the care staff and all other staff have the heart for it. ’

From a professional side, been in this facility to train the staff in CPR multiple of times and every time have gone into this facility it is very clean and peaceful atmosphere. Staff are courteous, friendly and willing to point you in the right direction. Been around for few events and they really do best to keep activities unique and fun.

Visited Grace Haven the other day to check it out and I was blown away with how beautiful it was. Who ever is doing the flowers is doing a great job! I accidentally set off the alarm trying to get in but thankfully the employees came to my rescue. They were all incredibly friendly and made sure I got to where I needed to go. I got the pleasure of meeting some of the residents who live here and they are a hoot! Seems like a really fun crowd to be around. Got a glimpse of the activities calendar and they had better events planned than I did a my collage campus! You can tell they really have fun here and everyone seemed so happy. I really loved it, I went in a stranger but left a friend.

I worked with Lindsey from Grace Haven for a carnival event they were hosting for their residents, families and the community. All of the staff were polite and friendly with great communication before and after the event. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will for sure recommend them to anyone in need of assisted living.

We are extremely happy that our mom chose Grace Haven as her new home. The facility is clean, it is well maintained and there are always activities planned for the residents. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is well cared for. No matter how many residents need a high level of care, each member of the staff shows compassion and kindness to those who need assistance.

Beautiful community with loving staff and residents! Management was completely understanding when I chose to stay home with my newborn after leave rather than returning to work. They proved that they care about us as individuals rather than just employees. As we all know, quality staff begins with quality leaders.
