In visiting a resident today at Brightview Towson, there was a Jazz concert. The music was excellent and fun. Every time I have been there all of the rooms-both private and common areas- are clean, the grounds well kept, and the staff friendly.

Hi Reggie and Lillian, On behalf of my family, I wanted to thank you and your teams for taking extraordinary care of my mom. We were certainly stressed having to move her a week before Christmas, however every single touch point on every single day of her stay was kind, considerate, and compassionate. From the first call with Connor, to the front desk team, to the people in the hallway or elevator, and especially to Lillian and the team in Wellspring - we encountered smiling faces, people who knew our name, kindness and consideration for my mom (even if they had to change her multiple times in an hour), and a high level of care. Lillian, you helped me more than you can know with your caring and honest discussions, and allowed us to make the best of our remaining days with Stell. She was comfortable and content and we never worried about her care or well being while she was there. Reggie, you described the culture you wanted to create when we met to sign the contract. I really like this community and would like to work for them at their location at Towson , Maryland. I have 3 yrs of experience as a cna , I applied to work them but they deposited my application. I really don't know why they deposited my applications after I provided additional two references that they asked me to provide. I just pray and hope that I would get hired.

Both my parents were in Brightview Towson before they died. They have an excellent facility with wonderful staff and caregivers. My mom was in the Alzheimer's unit for years and Brightview was terrific. They managed Covid with excellent communication and compassion for both the residents and their families. I will be forever grateful to Brightview for making the end of their lives comfortable. A special call out to La'Keia Brown and Karl Douglas - top notch professionals with very kind hearts.

My parents have been in Brightview, Towson for 3 1/2 years. Karl, the director is as good as they get. He is responsive, transparent and the staff and residents love him. He was outstanding with his response to COVID and communication. Jonathon, who is 2nd to Karl, is so kind and patient with the residents. My mother is a handful and they still like her. 🙂 The staff has been excellent and in my 3 1/2 years there with my folks, I have been very happy and I live out of state and count on their communication.

My parents spiraled into dementia about 5-6 years ago. During a brief hospitalization, we decided it was best to move them into an assisted living facility using a white lie that "it was a rehab facility". My parents were mid-upper 80's at the time and certainly things were not going to improve with time. Loss of memory, cardiac failure, and other issues. Fortunately, we found BrightView Towson with various levels of care. At first, they were hesitant, of course, but after getting settled, they/we found it a great place with FANTASTIC STAFF! Wonderful, bright dining room open all day (guests allowed), happy hours at 4 pm every day, an open living room TVs, fireplaces, and therapy dog visits. And thy have movie night group outings for those who are able. Also an exercise facility and classes. Eventually, my parents needed more intense care, and all they had to do was move one floor down to receive more supervision and assistance. An all in one facility. Most important, whenever I leave after a visit, I tell the wonderful staff there that they are "angels on earth". You will not find nicer, kinder, more patient caregivers than at BrightView Towson!!! And the medical teams come to the patients, not vice versa. I live out of town, but get updates as needed. All of their care is integrated and if needed, there is quick access to a hospital about a mile down the road. Also, the leadership is fantastic: upbeat, knowledgable, honest, accessible, and most importantly, caring! Can you imagine how hard it must be to be caregiver during covid? Well, this team did not miss a beat! Still caring, patient, respectful, and kind! I could go on, but you get the message. Angels on Earth!!!!!

This is the second assisted living facility that my grandma has been to, and she seems to enjoy this one more. What she really likes about this place is the community. She plays bingo and watches movies with the other residents. Her room is bigger, and she seems more comfy. The staff is also really friendly here, a lot more kind and caring than the last facility. There was even a kind staff member here who spoke Japanese to my Japanese grandmother, which I thought was very cute. What I personally don't get is why assisted living facilities are full of antique furniture that nobody uses. It has to be expensive, and I get the feeling it's just for show. But then again, I'm from a different generation, so things would be different for me 🙂

The front line staff of Brightview Senior Living--Myra and Elizabeth--are cheerful, upbeat, and know how help with genuine care, compassion and understanding. Elizabeth Boyle, Community Sales Director, is especially adept at putting many of my concerns at ease such as by acting as liaison between myself and the out-of-state hospital my mom would be moving from. Additionally, Elizabeth has the rare gift of understanding the sometimes awkward and stressful position a person like myself is in when researching and interviewing senior living options for the fist time. My work finding a place for my parent, who needs more help than I can give, is made so much easier and comfortable here. Top marks to Brightview Senior Living.

Brightview was definitely a very beautiful facility way over priced for the care you receive! Don't get me wrong the aids that cared for my parents were very kind to them but watch out they talk behind your back ! I heard some very disturbing conversations, not professional at all! They have very serious issues with STEALING doesn't matter what it is down to the wet wipes and pull-ups very sad the monies we spent for items stolen was astronomical! So our family had to make a decision to move my parents to another facility that was working with our budget! And we are so glad we did our cost was cut in half and no stealing so pleased with our decisions! Brightview needs to get the theft under control which they had not before we moved very sad you have to steal from old people!
