My father has only been there for a month and a half. I feel that he is safe and well taken care of. The aids treat him with kindness and compassion. Pavi the administrator is easily accessible and will answer any of your questions. The nurses Melany and Nicole are sweet and attentive to. Thank you to Farrah who was first on the scene to visit my dad in the hospital and welcome him.My dad has been there for over a year now. He is still thriving thanks to Vania the administrator here. She is kind and caring and listens to the needs of her residents.Keion is also a great addition. All of the residents love him. I can't say enough about the staff. Too many to mention. They treat their residents as if they are their own family. Thank you for all that you do.

Banyan definetly met our needs. They were always helpful with any issues and took very good care of our neice.They accepted her when no other assisted living facility would. The Staff were all exceptional.

We have waited over a year to leave this review, and have finally settled in with new ownership and management and can say that Banyan Place Lantana has achieved what we didn't think possible for our loved one. Why did we wait so long to leave a review? Because our LO is still adapting to the changes of aging, memory loss, the passing of a "partner in crime" for over 55 years. For many, this stage of life is difficult beyond words. Every step of the way, the staff have been there for our family, exceeding our hopes and expectations, answering every question with such compassion. This is not to say there have not been bumps in the road--and there will be bumps of all kinds--but to know that our goals and hopes for our LO are aligned, that there is mutual trust and respect and excellent support, in a beautiful and safe environment is beyond comforting. We tried our hardest to keep both parents in their home, but when it became too much, Banyan Place Lantana was there for us. I only wish we had found them sooner. There are too many names to list, but you ALL do amazing, difficult work, and we are so thankful to have you all as part of our extended family. The upgrades are beautiful, and now that there are activities, well, we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

This place was a godsend, I take care of my mom Norma with Alzheimer's and for those who care for a loved one you get burned out. My mom just came home from a month Respite stay and she was in great hands. I really enjoyed my time also and will definitely be trusting my mom to Banyan place in the near future. I really enjoy friendly staff. They are very accommodating and helpful. I had a client that needed higher level of care and was extremely satisfied with the quick and pleasant help. He of course is aging with dignity at Banyan Place.

I simply cannot say enough about Banyan Place, the owners and the staff. From the very beginning, when my dad was placed in a facility that was terrible on a Friday and I was desperate to have him moved, the owners and staff at Banyan stepped up with urgency and kindness. By Monday morning he was comfortable in his new home. My dad received exceptional care during the nine months he lived at Banyan and the staff was absolutely incredible. The grounds are clean and beautiful and the small size allowed for very manageable visitation even during the pandemic. My dad was cared for like a family member and felt at home. It was evident during every visit that he was treated with compassion and love- the staff made him feel like an important member of a community and not a patient or ever an inconvenience. Any time there was a change or concern I was notified immediately and provided with open communication with doctors, nurses and staff. Kathy is an absolute angel and communicated with me constantly- ensuring that we were able to provide the highest quality of life for my dad every step of the way. When my dad was hospitalized the Brad and Kathy checked in on him (and me) almost every day. They truly went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful to have had them on my team in caring for my dad.

We transferred my 95 year old mother in law to Banyan Place because she was not getting the services she should have gotten from a different ALF. The staff at Banyan Place in Boca has been attentive, responding to anything we need in a timely way, and helping my mother in law adjust quickly to her new surroundings. They have provided the care she needs, have good staff to resident ratio, and are caring and attentive. The facility is very clean and pretty and they have wonderful activities to help the residents feel supported, enjoying social activities like Dog Therapy day, games, art, music. I would recommend Banyan Place to anyone that needs to live in an ALF.

It has been a very difficult road watching my Mom ,who has taken such great care of us , loose her memory, I wish that was it ,Alzheimer's is so much more!!! The staff here is amazing as I go and visit my mom is with the caring staff sitting outside listening to there music ,,, they do things like that always they tell her they love her Kathy the manager there watches over everybody and make sure everybody and all are well cared for.We speak to her personally a few times a week updating us on our mothers condition..... Our family could not go through this process without them and they're caring hearts. Thank you all so much

I am so relieved and happy that I found a new place for my mother. After having her in a corporate run facility. I can see a huge difference in the personal care my mother receives. Her whole demeanor has improved rapidly in the short she has been there. She is not locked up on a single floor like Discovery Village. She has access inside and out in a secure environment with plenty of staff on hand. The director Brad even suggested and set up video calling so now mom feels secure knowing she can see and hear me whenever we want.

Newly renovated, gated and beautifully landscaped. Brad and the entire staff treat my husband, Jerry, and myself, as family members. Banyan is a facility that will go above and beyond to ensure the health, happiness, safety and well-being of your loved one.The interaction between the staff and residents is outstanding. They make every effort to keep all the residents engaged in activities and socialization as much as possible.Every time I visit, I see lots of smiles and hear lots of laughter. My husband had previously been in another assisted living facility, and it was very unpleasant.My husband continually tells me how happy he is to be at Banyan. Many thanks to the entire staff.

Banyan Place is a perfect place for our Father. Facility is very well maintained and Director is very active in keeping family members updated. Nurses and aides are highly experienced working with residents with dementia. They are patient, kind and effective. Staff that's been treating our family member enjoys working with dementia residents and it shows. They should be commended for understanding and respecting the residents in their care.

Banyan Place, a family run and affordable assisted living community is great for your loved one who needs assistance with daily activities. My Aunt who has no memory problems just physical issues related to her Parkinsons, was at a different assisted living community that could not provide care at the exceptional level she is getting at Banyan Place, Lantana. The staff is second to none for their responsiveness and compassion. When you visit you will find a clean, beautiful and warm community. Brad the owner and director has been fantastic to work with, so it is not surprising that the community is so fabulous. I recommend you look at Banyan in your search for the right community for your loved one.

It has two floors with beautiful accommodations.The feeling you have when you leave there is "My family member is at the best place and in great hands" no need to worry. I went to see the facility , it became an urgent matter that my friend move her loved one from an assisted living facility due to the neglect with the care he is currently receiving. I was very happy with Banyan Place , it is a brand new facility and has all of the comforts of being at home. Unannounced Brad took me for a tour of the facility , it was beautiful. Every resident we saw Brad acknowledged them and said a kind word or two. Brad is the Executive Direction and it is clear what their mission is . To care for those who can not live alone anymore and to see that they have a great quality of life in their home away from home If you or anyone you know wants the gold stand care for their loved ones please stop by and see Brad , you won't reret it.

What an amazing facility filled with love and compassion for their residents. 24 hour nursing care and secured grounds for your loved ones to feel comfortable. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. We moved my mother from a very bad situation at an assisted living to Banyan Place. We love it. Mom has felt comfortable from the first day! We are so happy. The facility is clean and new. Food is very good. Most importantly residents are treated with respect, dignity and TLC. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Banyan Place!
