Reviews Arbors Memory Care

We had the chance to tour the facility and meet some of the staff. From Management to Nurses and everyone in between, all were extremely helpful and I could tell they really care about their residents. I would very seriously consider having my loved one be taken care of at this facility.

Great staff, and management. Tom T knows the area and understands family's needs when making the decisions on placement.

I currently work here and out of all the other memory care facilities I've worked at, this one is the best one! The management and co-workers are amazing and make everyone feel heard and part of the team here. If you're looking for a safe place to put your loved one or a awesome work environment, I highly recommend this place!

Question: How old do you have to be to be a Dishwasher here.... I'm 16 and was just offered a job h
September 2022
My sister and I recently had to look for memory care for my mom. This is a really difficult time to look for senior care with COVID restrictions and infections. After looking at three other facilities it was clear that The Arbors was the only place for my mom. They do nothing but memory care. All the other facilities were mainly assisted living with a very small add-on wing for maybe 10-16 Alzheimer's patients. But once we decided on The Arbors they unfortunately had a couple of COVID cases which meant that no one could move in. It took two months to get clearance from the state, but during that time is when the Arbors really shone. Suzie held our hands the whole time, staying in close contact, giving us regular updates, keeping us sane and providing us with resources for our mom while we waited. Once the day came, they were compassionate and skilled at making my mom (and us) comfortable with the move itself. Our hospice organization really dropped the ball several times and the people at the Arbors stepped up to make things right. they keep us informed about how mom is doing, and are arranging weekly FaceTime calls so we can see her. We couldn't have gotten through this without Suzie and The Arbors.

This probably seems a little odd for me to be writing a review when I did not have an experience with a family member as a resident here, but I wanted to acknowledge the amazing staff, particularly Suzie. We moved my father-in-law (who was diagnosed with dementia) in with us from a memory care center out of state. We did not know how stable home placement would be or how long we would be able to make it work, so we reached out to Arbors as a 'Plan B.' The team there gave us support throughout the move, sent welcoming messages when we got moved and settled, followed up/checked in regularly, and even reached out to give condolences after hearing my father-in-law passed. I was so thoroughly impressed by the level of attentiveness and compassion we received when we weren't even really part of the family, that I would truly recommend anyone looking into a memory care setting for a loved one to give this place a visit!

Recently toured Arbors with Michelle, beautiful facility! I felt actual compassion not people just there for a job. I'm excited to place my mom in such a caring environment!
September 2021
After touring several facilities and getting the cookie cutter tour by someone who was clearly working from a checklist of "this and that's" and completely feeling like just another number coming through the door, Suzie Kuczynski at Arbors was such a light. Suzie brought us comfort and reassurance with everything that was going on and everything we were feeling and dealing with. I left Arbors with a peace about everything and the confidence of knowing she would be an advocate for us. Her wealth of knowledge and her empathetic heart was so refreshing and so dearly needed. Suzie also came in to meet with us on her day off and less than a week after she had to deal with some heartbreaking family loss herself. Suzie and Arbors are about community and family. Not to leave the complex at Arbors out, the facility, inside and out, is by far the nicest, most beautiful, spacious and most tranquil. Very state of the art in the industry. Arbors should be considered by any family looking for memory care for a loved one.
March 2021
After several appointments and doing a walkthrough, we decided that Arbors would be best suited for our mom. The staff, and Suzy answered our questions and concerns. They were very supportive, not always a easy decision. Unfortunately our mom passed before moving in.

Not sure what to say or where to start besides: Wonderful, caring, professional yet personal, hardworking, and more. When dealing with memory loss issues it is amazing to have a team like the Arbor's has put together to help families care for their loved ones in a safe and healthy environment.
August 2018
From the first time I stepped into Arbors Memory Care, I knew it was the place for our family member and we haven't been disappointed since. Residents have the freedom to exit the building and safely roam the grounds as they please. Daily activities can include music and dancing, arts and crafts, shuttle rides around town and family events. Staff members take great care to meet the individual needs of each resident. Not only that, they have provided tremendous support to our family throughout the entire process. The administrative staff are easy to talk to and have always been open to ideas, questions, etc. It's a tough road when family members get to this point, but I highly recommend checking into the Arbors. It is comforting to know that our family member is being well cared for.

Our Mom lived at Arbors for 15 months. Everyone cared about her and for her. She was clean, happy, medicated as directed by her Doctors. We lost her today and cried with the people who cared for her. Every question we had along the way was answered quickly. She was treated with dignity always and with a loving touch by all. Thank you Arbors staff.

I have had three family members live here at various times. It is an excellent care home for people with memory / dementia challenges. The owners are a family who created the facility and actively manages it. They are onsite and care about the residents well being.
