I am a CNA, but at this specific facility I work privately as a companion/caregiver for just one resident living at Prairie House. During my time here I consistently see the afternoon/evening shift treating the residents so kind and respectfully. They come when my client pushes her call button and are quick to help and reassure her. They have a great staff!

My father, Bill Smith was a resident for almost two years before passing. He was in memory care at first but was moved to assisted living after two weeks. He grumbled at first because he was a proud and independent man. But the staff won him over with their kindness and understanding. They looked after him with unmatched compassion. Even through a few rough spots they were professional and dealt with our father as if he were their own.

We have been very impressed by the prompt attention paid to our Mother. All the staff is knowledgable and friendly. They give all of us confidence that my Mother is safe and recieves the best care.

Prairie House has been such a blessing to our family. We moved Mom into assisted living in May, 2022 but by July realized memory care was a much better fit for her. Since moving her to memory care, she has just flourished. Mom is now quite social, participating in all activities and is happy and content. Roshan and her staff are simply terrific with the programming and care of their residents. Roshan does a great job of keeping us posted on Mom's well-being with frequent pictures and videos. Weekly visits have provided an opportunity to see different staff interact with the residents. The staff is so caring and very respectful. Mom feels safe and loved in memory care at Prairie House. I have never felt more comfortable, at home, and like family than I have here at Prairie House. When it comes to making such overwhelming and difficult life decisions that can leave you plagued with concern and guilt, this welcoming group eased all of that for me and my Sweet Grandmother absolutely loves it there! The greeting I get by name and the level of care from the staff have far exceeded my expectations. I am forever grateful for Angels like this during these very difficult life transitions for families. They made it as smooth as possible and were so lovingly accommodating. All our Gratitude....

i was called to interview by Taylor. We set up a time of 1 o'clock on Thursday, 28th of October I went to the interview and was told that she was not there. The receptionist was rude and asked questions that were none of her business never heard back from Tayl

This is a great facility for assisted living for our loved ones. Cherie Wallace and Anthony Fleming go above and beyond expectations to help with your needs. The two of them has assisted my husband to be able to move into a larger apartment during this Covid -19 pandemic. Pam Lay is fantastic as activities director. I have met Zach Henderson and think he is a great Ex Director.

I have been in many nursing homes and assisted living facilities and Prairie House Assisted Living is by far the best of the best! The staff is friendly and caring, the facility is clean and feels like home, the food is good, and the activities are over the top! Naomi and her family highly recommend this home away from home.

I had the great joy of visiting Prairie House this weekend. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. My highlight was talking with the residents and hearing about how much they enjoyed the activities and the fantastic food.

My dad lived here for a short while, in the memory care, before his passing. The management and staff were very warm and loving to him as well as the entire family. He had hospice coming in and the staff worked well with them. It was a very peaceful experience for our family. My mother currently lives in the assisted living. She has had a very good experience so far.

I attended the grand opening celebration of Prairie House last month. Wow, what a beautiful community and knowing that this community is right on the campus of St. John Broken Arrow adds another level of comfort when looking for a place for mom.

The staff is super friendly and caring. There are lots of activities and excursions. The food is fine and will get better as they bring on a new chef. The facility is new and very clean. Its architecture is somewhat inward facing, as is typical for assisted living facility.
