I recently referral my client to The Vincent for assisted living. The staff there were very helpful and kind and went out of their way to address all the family's needs and concerns. He is very happy and glad to have some social engagement after months of isolation at home. He's really enjoying the fantastic meals and the classiness of the building! I will recommend this senior living community again!!

My Aunt has been at the Vincent a couple months now. Ir's a lovely environment, close to Terra Linda ammeneties. Most of all the staff is very professional and kind. Brownlie and Lucy were very supportive and professional helping us navigate the whole move within a formerly unknown system of assisted living. We were snagged up with our primary care physician and long term care insurance, and they really knew good work arounds. We get wonderful feedback from the many visitors my Aunt has with the quality of all the ammeneties, ease of location and quality of the food. Thank you to all the staff at the Vincent!

A Truly Exceptional Community ” The Vincent, San Rafael My dad has been living at The Vincent since March 2024, and the experience has grown into something truly exceptional. When he first moved in, the community was only a couple of years old and, like many new assisted-living facilities, was working through some early growing pains. Staff turnover was higher at that time, and there were occasional glitches as the building found its rhythm. Over the past year, that has changed significantly. Quality staff have stayed, new team members have been strong additions, and many of the issues we saw early on have simply disappeared. The stability and consistency now are remarkable. What has remained steady from the beginning is the heart of the community. My dad was welcomed into a warm, supportive environment where residents truly look out for one another. The caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated ” they know the residents well and treat them with genuine respect and tenderness. It feels like a place where people are cared for, not just looked after. We visit often, and our family has had many dinners in the beautiful white“tablecloth dining room. Meals are freshly prepared by the private chef, and the food is consistently very good. The Vincent also hosts happy hours a couple of times a week with live entertainment, which is a highlight for many residents and adds to the sense of community and joy in the building. The housekeeping team keeps everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere is clean, calm, and welcoming. Their points-based care system is fair and transparent, and as my dad’s needs have increased, I’ve found their re-evaluations thoughtful and reasonable. On-site services ” like the podiatrist and monthly dentist visits ” have been invaluable. More recently, my dad’s health has declined, and we are transitioning him into the Memory Care unit and beginning hospice. It’s a very emotional step for any family, but the memory care team has given us tremendous comfort. The unit is bright, clean, and staffed with people who clearly have experience and a deep understanding of cognitive decline. While moving his things, I’ve had the chance to observe how gently they care for the most vulnerable residents. It speaks volumes about the philosophy that guides this community. Although the surrounding neighborhood is not my favorite, the quality of life inside the building is exactly why families choose assisted living. It is safe, uplifting, and genuinely resident-centered. I’ve been a front-line medical professional for 30 years and toured every senior living community in Marin when preparing for my parents’ transition. The Vincent stands out. They have supported my dad with dignity, kindness, and professionalism ” and they’ve supported our family through some difficult turns as well. I’m deeply grateful for the care my dad has received here, and I hope this review helps other families looking for a place where their loved one will be truly cared for.

I just had the best tour for my father! Raymond assisted us and was so helpful and informative! He went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, gave us an in depth tour and make sure we were aware of all of the benefits and process to apply. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had here and truly are impressed! Will definitely be considering The Vincent in the future for my family.

Please take a moment to talk to the residents of the facility, and discuss with your local PMD. Those are the only way you can get a sense for the quality at each facility. You will quickly realize there are a few in this area that are highly regarded, and this is one of them. The staff I have worked with have been extremely pleasant to work with, and have assisted my aunt with the upmost respect and caring attitudes. Big shout out to Sue and Lucy who have been extremely helpful in navigating the admission process for our loved one.

Recently went to visit and view the complex, I was shown around by Christina. I was immediately impressed by how clean and bright it was. I was introduced to many of the residence who seemed to be very happy being there. I was taken thru a few of the different models which I enjoyed to show me my options. Also was delighted to see the kitchen and dining area, the menu seemed very inviting.

Thank You The Vincent for taking such great care of my grandmother. From the first time when we came in Lucy really made my parents feel this is the place where my grandma would enjoy living. She was living at home and was feeling lonely and sad all the time. The team at The Vincent has made a great effort in getting her out and about.
