My family had a very good experience with Woodland Rehab in Cullman, as my elderly mother was there for a few weeks, after a fall. The staff were kind and supportive, and my mom repeatedly told me they were quite good to her, in every aspect of her care, nutrition, personal care, medication, monitoring, etc. My own interaction was primarily with the case worker, Jessica, who helped manage the paperwork and care management. She was excellent, both in the work she did and the communication she gave us...timely, proactive, with helpful suggestions. I would definitely use Woodland for daily care in the future.

My Dad has been at Woodland Rehab for 24 days. He has improved tremendously since arriving. He is getting stronger everyday. The staff is wonderful and the accomodations are excellent. We definitely give them 5 Stars!

My wife Manuela had undergone major surgery when we chose Woodland. We couldn't have made a better choice. Mary, the coordinator, was a driving force making sure all the sections were working together to ensure my wife received all the rehabilitation and nursing care to get her up and walking again. The therapy group was excellent and pushed Manuela to achieve more. The nursing staff, especially Chelsea, took great interest to help my wife work towards getting better. That would be a big part for us to use Woodland Village again. Than you for everything.

My uncle stayed at this facility for 3 weeks until his passing. Everyone and I mean everyone has went above and beyond for our family especially for my aunt.

Lost my property and never paid for it. Never addressed physical issues I was having. They just ignore you or blame someone else. Therapists were ok. I couldn't walk and they discharged me without a walker. Food was no good and half the time they only gave you a fork to eat. It was a very bad experience.

My 89 year old mother was placed here 3 weeks ago for rehab and now will be staying on as a long term resident! I have been very pleased with the staff and assistance we have been given while we have been here! Thank you so much!

I was so pleased with all of the training that JoNita and Celette provided. I was very nervous and concerned, but they helped me to feel comfortable and secure that I can manage on my on. That is a wonderful feeling. Everyone was pleasant and very professional!

They did not take good care of my mom she was there for rehabilitation from a broken. hip she actually fell again while she was there

My brother spent his last months at Woodland, where he was treated with unparalleled skill and compassion. It's hard to entrust your loved ones to strangers, but they immediately became members of our family through their loving treatment of my brother. This is one of only two care facilities I've seen in my life where every single staff member has been so devoted to their patients' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I will never forget the kindness they extended to my brother and to us, his family. I will certainly never be able to repay it.

Worse place I seen in a long time to many complaints to get into but really need the therapist there re- certified sent my mom home saying she was good and she can not do anything for herself and just sits and cries ok does that sound like she was ready to come home. Uncaring people
