My mom and brother have lived at Skyway Park for a little over four years and they are both very happy there. The ALF staff seem to genuinely care about their comfort and well-being. They have both made friends. One of mom's resident friends even takes her to church on Sundays. You just can't put a price on happiness. One of the things that has most impressed me about this ALF, is that during the early part of the pandemic, the staff managed to keep the entire facility COVID-free. They did whatever it took to keep everyone safe and well during the time when vaccines were not yet available. This was an incredible accomplishment and one that staff should be proud of. The only adverse comment I have ever received from my family does concern the quality of the meals. It is for that reason I'm giving this review 4 stars instead of 5.

When looking at facilities for my mother, I'm REALLY glad I chose to look beyond some of the Google reviews posted here-- the reviews are probably not authentic. The most recent comments from "Sapphire Jewel," "Sapphire Gem," "Frosty Gem," "Kayla" and "Kay Kay" were posted in the same time frame and I'm guessing are from the same person-- the names are all just WAY too similar! lol MY EXPERIENCE: I visited the Residence at Skyway Park and found it to be warm, attractive, clean, and comfortable. The employee-helpers were all friendly and kind. Miss Julie is fabulous. I appreciate her energy, caring spirit, and generosity with her time. THANK YOU ALL

My brother has been living at The Residence at Skyway Park for over a year now He simply loves it. And I love that he loves it! He has made a lot of friends and loves his room and the staff. He has not complained about anything since he arrived. I always ask him how he's doing and he'll answer with a big smile and say he's 'terrific'! The staff have been wonderful and Caitlin, Malissa, Julie and Theresa are more than helpful and kind. They are quick to answer any concerns or questions I have about him or provide me with a quick update. I feel that he is well taken care of and when I visit him, I always notice how clean the facility is and also how well the residents are treated. I am more than happy to recommend this ALF.

We moved my mom in on December 16th,2021. It has been a great experience for us. The staff has taken great care of my mom since she has moved in. Anytime I call with a question I get a quick response. I truly feel blessed that we were able to find this place when we did.

I have worked at The Residence for many years and have seen a lot of wonderful caregivers and beautiful residents come and go. But no matter what happens it seems the ones that get fired for mistreatment of residents or can't seem to care for the residents in a respectful manner seem to always think it is the facilities fault. Its seems its always easy to express anger than to move forward and learn from your experience. You must bad mouth a place when its you that has made the error. So sad. I do believe we do are best for our residents, come see for yourself and enjoy talking with any one of them. Come into our facility for yourself and stay awhile. We welcome anyone to join our family and are always sad when a caregiver has felt a sense of misplacement at our facility. We do try when responded to. Hope to see you soon! Best wishes to all‚

I can truly say, this is a great place to live and work, it's clean the management really cares about the residents rights and their well being... Mr. Larsen and Carlin and Mrs. Julie is very professional, compassionate and caring, everybody was all good!!

Love working here. Glad to be a part of each of our residents lives. Out of my 9 years of caregiving I'm really enjoying Skyway Park. Staff and management listen to concerns that are brought to their attention. You're love ones are well cared for here.

Please tour our community and see first hand the great team an services we provide to care for your loved ones. The bad reviews are from disgruntled employees who were terminated or didn't respect those they agreed to serve by not showing up for scheduled shifts without notice. Chad is a friend of a resident who was evicted for not paying rent on time - he was happy to eat our food when he visited on a frequent basis. Our dedicated cooks serve home cooked meals each day. New Residents are informed prior to admission we do not provide special diets.
