It's very clean and beautiful. The employees are GREAT. VERY CARING! They make it a very fun and safe environment for the people that live there.

Each of us has times when desperation is overwhelming. That’s what my family and I were experiencing when trying to place Dad in what we called the perfect place’. It was suggested we contact The Brook. The Brook was perfect for us. Dad had a clean, spacious room - an adequate kitchen, a huge ADA bathroom, and an extra - a window that looked out onto a field backed by the woods. We were blessed with and entertained by beautiful wildlife: deer, fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, and more. The staff: we couldn’t have found more helpful, kind, and patient staff. Each person was thoughtful, timely, and peaceful with Dad's medication, meals, and laundry. Dad’s physical care was on nearly an hourly schedule and was approached in a personable and efficient manner. Dad passed on April 18th at 3:30 in the morning. His passing was peaceful and calm. I had staff who awoke me and supported me during this trying time. Bless each of you - The Brook is a perfect home of kindness and understanding; indeed, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for being there when we were at our most desperate. Thank you again and again.

Nice and clean place for my Mom. The staff is first rate. Facility Manager Heidi Pilarski worked her way up from taking care of the residents to managing the facility. She knows what needs to be done for the residents and sees that it is done. Couldn't be happier that Mom is a resident there!

A Wonderful Place for your loved one to live. The people there are responsible, caring and compassionate. You never have to worry about the care they will receive. I recommend The Brook of Rogers City as a 5 star Assisted Living Facility.

My mom has been a resident of The Brook, Rogers City for almost 2 years and I can’t say enough good things about this facility! The staff goes above and beyond for each and every resident! They are kind, gentle, respectful and understanding. They do their best to make this a comfortable and well kept home for everyone, always decorating for each holiday, even the small ones, with activities to match. I’m very blessed to have my mother in such good hands with the amazing staff at The Brook!
