I chose Royal Estates for my sister who in a nursing home and needs dialysis 3 times a week. The staff from reception to Ms Nuda Stewart provided excellent customer care , concern and compassion for her needs. I toured the Estates and found it exceptional for my sister's needs. It has a lot of activities for her, a kitchen where she can make her own meals from time to time, but the food they serve is very good and tasty for the residents and they have different alternatives which is very important. They also have a movie theater. I highly recommend Royal Estates for your loved ones!

I had a great experience at Royal Estates in Dolton, IL, and I want to recognize Ernest Starks, the Head of Maintenance, for the outstanding job he does. Ernest takes real pride in his work and it shows in how well the property is maintained. He is reliable, responsive, and always makes sure issues are handled quickly and efficiently. No matter the situation, he approaches it with professionalism and a positive attitude. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and the overall quality of the community. Having someone like Ernest leading maintenance makes a huge difference. His dedication and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Royal Estates, especially knowing the property is in such capable hands.

This facility is well maintained and clean. I would recommend this assisted living home for any senior. The maintenance director Ernest takes great care of the property and residents, even simple request like putting together shelves or hanging pictures. Overall the care for the seniors at the facility is amazing.

I have had the pleasure of working with this community for the past couple of years and the executive director Bakari has always been welcoming, staying on top of the needs of the residents. Nurse Tina is a wonderful & efficient staple in the community, everyone relies on her and I recently met Nurse T, who is a very kind addition to the team. The front desk receptionists are always warm, and the amenities for the residents are really nice. A great place to consider for your loved ones not too far from the expressway and close to local shopping.

Okay, yes, this is Nancy. Jackson, I live here at royal space, going on my fourth year, this is the very first assistive living facility. I've been at, and my experience here has been great. I was welcomed in with smiling faces the building itself. Please me the love me portraits they have around here, the service here has been great to me. The assistant. The assistant director and executive director had been great, they promised that they would look at To me and they have not faltered, we have great events. Here we have some good people here. Can things be better. Yes, and I believe that they will, I will also be an asset here, I just want to be part of a solution I appreciate the time that they put in on me and that's all I can speak on thank you.

This place is awesome! My brother who was 66 years old had a stroke he ended up blind in the right eye and very limited vision in the left he was also unable to walk without assistance. He was sent to a nursing home he hated it. We spoke with Mr. Barcuri he explained his condition to the family also why he would have a hard time adjusting to life in the nursing home. My sisters weren’t on board. My brother left the nursing home and moved into a motel which he couldn’t afford making himself only days away from homelessness. I called Mrs. Dryer she comforted me and told me that she would take care of my brother like he was hers in a matter of less than 2 weeks she had gotten approval for financing, found him a Doctor and furnished his apartment. When he came to her that afternoon his blood pressure was elevated and he was confused she worked overtime on a Friday night and before she left she called me to say he is admitted I have his blood pressure under control his medications I gave him dinner and he’s resting and she told me to relax and have a good night as well. Since that time he has been given physical therapy and under the care of a Doctor unfortunately the Nurse Verconica noticed that he had signs of having another stroke he was rehospitalized but they welcomed him back home. He now has pace services and they also helped him to get blue cross and blue shield insurance. My sisters and myself are also handicapped and cannot take care of my brother but we are convinced that there is no facility any better that you could find to provide the level of care time and attention that they give to their residents. People stop looking this is the best. I am a retired LPN and I know for a fact the level of communication and coordination that this staff has is unmatched. They are AWESOME!!
