Very unhappy with this facility. Would not recommend it to anyone. When my husband was in his last hours we couldn't even locate the Doctor of the facility to sign orders for his comfort. Waited 4 hours and she never showed up. We ended up taking him to Spearfish ER. They were the most caring people. Gave him meds for comfort and let us use a room until he passed. Even provided coffee and snacks. I suggest you be very careful in your choic

People that work at this facility are nothing but amazing. I also want to point out that every where in health care is short staffed right now. It's uncommon for a facility to be fully staffed or over staffed because nobody wants to work. And that goes for other jobs as well. But when I tell you that all staff here bends backwards for their residents their family members, I mean it. They work so hard. The management, nursing staff, dietary, housekeeping, and physical therapy all put nothing but love into their job! I have so many people tell me how happy they were that their parent/grandparent was at rolling hills. The bonds that you form with the residents is amazing. They feel like family. I would recommend this facility, they are phenomenal. As a health care worker to another, thank you. Thank you for everything, the hard work. You're all amazing!

Very nice staff and polite residents people. Staff treat the residents here like they are real people and dont talk to them like they are underneath them 🙂 definitely alot of respect for the CNA's and nurses for taking care of them with respect and being kind to their residents. Normally when you walk in a nursing home you can feel the depression and lack of dignity but when you walk in here you feel the respect and caring that is provided from the staff. 🙂 keep it up guys your doing great
