Senior Helpers has been helping our family for several years, with both my mom and aunt. I was referred to them by a coworker and I have referred them to family, friends and coworkers. Dr. Youngblood, the staff, and the caregivers are extremely kind, caring, and patient. Our caregiving needs are along the lines of memory care and mobility limitations on a regular basis and on sudden occasion. Overall, we are very pleased with Senior Helpers, and more importantly my mom and aunt have companions to keep their days enjoyable and safe. 🙂

We had 24/7 caregivers for my wife for a month and then I had heart bypass surgery. When I came home from rehab we had 27/4 caregivers for my wife and myself for about a month. Senior Helpers is a class organization and their caregivers are all experienced in the health care industry. They make sure your caregivers work well with your family and help in many ways: health care, transportation, picking up curbside groceries, preparing meals, and picking up prescriptions. We absolutely could not have done without their help for two months.

This company allowed me the opportunity to work for them and care for my mother. Marie is a fine, patient, decent lady and tries to make sure that everybody is taken care of. I feel fortunate to have gotten the experience & care for my mother that I did with Senior Helpers. Sadly, they no longer take Medicaid recipients and we have been forced to find another company to transfer to. Fortunately, she let us know at the beginning of the year that they would no longer be doing that and gave us a couple months to make the transition. We understand that sometimes you have to make decisions for the better of your business. We love them dearly and will miss them. We hope for the very best for all of them.

Senior Helpers has been a Godsend for my family. My mother recently fell and needed care several hours per day. I called Senior Helpers on a Friday, they met with me that day, and started providing caregivers Saturday morning. My mother loves all of them. They not only take care of her but tidy the apartment, make the bed, do laundry, etc. Every time I have to switch the schedule, they immediately respond. I highly recommend Senior Helpers and now we are considering using them longer term even after my mother fully recovers.
