My mom was here for 9 months (August-April) She received good care, but the turnover rate for aides and nurses during this time was high. I believe there are only a few aides that are still here that were here when my mom came. My mom liked the food, the room, and the aides/nurses. Unfortunately my mom had to leave because she is declining mentally.

I lived at Regent of Stow for 8 months. I ran for my life from that place and found a place of my own. The place is not fit for human consumption. Yes it appears to be clean but that's about the only compliment I can give it. There is no 24-hour security. There is no one at the front desk 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They're at full capacity and there is not a nurse on duty 24 hours a day. On call yes but not on duty and the aids that work there don't know what to do in the case of an emergency because there's just not enough of them take care of as many residents as there are. The facility says it's for assisted living yet they have people there who belong in nursing homes they have people there who have memory care problems this makes it difficult for residents who are there for assisted living it takes away their independence. They used to provide snacks for their residents at night time they no longer do that. They used to provide pop at meals they no longer do that. The food is undescribable and not edible most of the time. It doesn't meet the standards of a pig troughed. I weep for my friends who I left behind who have to continue to live there. The activities are a joke. The executive director really needs to go things were okay until she got there and they are just gradually going downhill downhill downhill. If you love your family member please do not be taken in by the fact that it's clean you do not want to put a loved one in that facility. I'm begging you.t THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS THAT WERE GIVEN OF THIS PLACE WERE GIVEN BY PEOPLE WHO EITHER WORK THERE WHICH BY THE WAY NO LONGER WORK THERE OR BY A DOCTOR WHO WORK THERE WHO IS NOT EVEN ANY LONGER A DOCTOR. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE THE KIND OF MONEY THAT THE PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR WHAT THEY GET. I HAD DIARRHEA THE WHOLE TIME I LIVED THERE FROM THEIR FOOD NOW THAT I'VE MOVED AND I'M EATING ON MY OWN I NO LONGER HAVE THAT PROBLEM.!!!!

Appreciate the staff at Regent. My mom just moved in and already starting to feel at home, the place is very clean and warming. Big thanks to the staff that truly cares about there residents and don't just take it as another job. Thanks again!!

Regent of Stow Assisted Living is a beautiful place for your love ones to live staff is awesome the facility is very clean the food is excellent and all the services they offer is phenomenal so if you are looking for an assisted living this is the place to come I rate it a 5 star facility
