Absolutely amazing, my father is 67 and he has always needed help remembering to take his meds, wash his clothes etc. I was scared to put him in a ALF because i thought they would mis treat him but nope! They treat him like he is family!! They make life so much easier for him and i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, healthy environment for a ALF.

I cannot BELIEVE that this place has bad reviews haha!!! I brought my mother here praying that this was a happy environment (Because the last assisted living was VERY unclean and they didn’t care about their residents.) and it was amazing!!! Everything is spotless and the staff is top notch!!! Man, this place is off the charts on their cleanliness aswell. I recommend Refuge to anyone who is needing a clean and happy assisted living home!!!

I had a really positive experience with Refuge At New Life House. The staff truly care about the residents and go out of their way to create a supportive, welcoming environment. You can tell they treat everyone with dignity and compassion, which makes such a difference for families and loved ones. The facility felt peaceful and well-maintained, and there was a strong sense of community. It’s comforting to know there are places like this that prioritize both care and connection. I appreciate the dedication and heart that goes into the work they do every day. ’

Refuge at New Life House is a wonderful place. From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean and organized everything is. The environment feels calm, welcoming, and very well maintained. One thing that really stands out is the staff. They are always well dressed in scrubs, which gives the place a very professional feel. More importantly, they are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. They treat everyone with patience, respect, and compassion, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s clear that the residents here are not just being looked after”they are truly cared for. If you’re looking for a clean, professional environment where your loved one will be treated with dignity, Refuge at New Life House is a great choice.

I have lived here for a couple months. The medteks are all very nice and helpful. Management is very nice and respectful. Vicki and Joel are wonderful managers. If I had a criticism it would be that going in and out of the building can be a pain because there are doors with codes in them. But the medteks are very prompt when opening the doors for us even though it might take some time. I feel very safe here. The food is ALF food, its acceptable, the cook tries her best. The rooms are sufficient in space. I have a room with a roommate and I haven't had any problems in that regard, I bought a bunk bed with the top only and that made a lot of space for me. All in all its a good place to live and it feels like home.
