We decided to contact with Senior Helpers after my Husband had Open Heart Surgery back in May 2025. I am a Nurse and needed to have someone come in and stay with my Husband and Mentally Handicapped Brother while I was at work. I can honestly say that I have been very pleased with the experience. The two helpers that we had, Autumn and Ricky were absolutely great. They were always punctual, nice and helpful. It was a blessing to have someone who made my family feel comfortable in my absence. They helped with meal preparation, doing light housework and feeding my cats. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and I am so glad that we decided to use your agency. My Mom has been receiving care from Senior Helpers for about a year. I have been pleased with most of the caregivers. Very professional and caring. We also use some independent caregivers. Senior Helpers has done a phenomenal job in providing backup when we have a gap in coverage, which can sometimes be last minute notice. The office staff are very courteous and will return phone calls and remedy any problems. Senior Helpers is a blessing to our Mom and family during these somewhat challenging times.

We have been using Senior Helpers for over 10 years. We have always had excellent care for both my mom and my dad. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and are always very accommodating, adding care when we need extra. Right now we have 2 excellent care givers, that we have had for years. We will continue to care for my mom at home, and Senior Helpers will help us with this.

I Love Senior Helpers and the Director/Nurse, Jeremy he cares about my wellbeing and is thorough with the questions he asks and explains where my health is on simple terms for me to understand after a Very Bad Concussion. He has such a pleasant and happy demeanor and I am very comfortable with him. Senior Helpers Organization is the Best in my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone that asks where to go. Plus, my Good Friends. Because my family have passed away. Dora Patterson is a Breath of Fresh Air!!! When she came to my home 7 months ago I was in Really Bad Shape. Thru the days of the week from 4-7 pm, I couldn't wait to see Dora. She is so Caring, Compassionate and Even Brought Laughter in My Home. I was introduced Senior Helpers when you presented a power point presentation to Forest Hill UMC Senior meeting concerning dementia and alzheimers. When my wife Nancy had to have some assistance while I was still run a business, Your team found a wonderful caregiver to be her friend and companion. Nancy enjoyed the caregivers friendship for two years. After 55 years of marriage she went home . Seior Helpers has been a great company for Nancy and me .
