I recently had the pleasure of using Sarah's Home Care Service for my elderly mother and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Fantastic work. I initially called to get pricing on service and Sarah was nothing but informative, patient, kind and extremely professional. Sarah worked for my mother for over 6 months and I was extremely pleased with the quality of service she/her staff provided. I would 100% recommend Sarah's Home Care to family & friends.

She is the worst homecare worker I have every seen. She is dishonest, and steals. She cleared out our food cupboards and closest with no authorization. We should sue the b****!!! for our lost. She took advantage of my mom's vulnerability. She was only to be in the home during the night, but was hanging around the house during the day. She is dangerous, cunning and a threat to anyone who uses her service. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM HER. They should revoke her license as a PSW, Practical Nurse. EXTREMELY NASTY AND DANGEROUS BUSINESS PERSON. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM HER!! Does anyone know what here registered business number is?

She is a crook. I was not paid for a full weeks pay. She made excuses after excuses. Be careful do not allow her to care for your loved ones.

I have to say I am very impressed already with Sarah's Carers and its only the first day they have been looking after my Dad. having been initially tasked to visit once a day, It was very evident that Dad needed 2 visits and this was arranged very quickly and happened as promised. The phone app is a brilliant way of checking what the carer has done and is great to maintain peace of mind if you don't live close by.

the absolute worst! begged for my business then when hired complained daily she could not find staff to fill the shifts. then cancelled our contract and never refunded us the money she owed us! STAY AWAY SHE IS A CROOK!
