5/5 stars without a doubt. I would absolutely recommend BridgePointe to anyone looking for a loving and well-run assisted living facility for their loved one. I can honestly say finding BridgePointe Assisted Living felt like an answered prayer. I had been desperately searching for a place to relocate my mom so she could be closer to me, and the process was overwhelming and stressful. By the grace of God, I stumbled upon BridgePointe, and from the moment I arrived, something just felt right. When you first walk in, the atmosphere is immediately warm and welcoming. There’s soft music playing, you can hear birds chirping outside, and the whole place just has a calm, peaceful feeling to it. It’s also incredibly clean every single time I visit, which says a lot about the level of care and pride the staff takes in maintaining the environment. Bridget and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and treat them with kindness and respect. They’ve made the transition for my mom so much easier than I ever expected. Moving a parent into assisted living is never easy emotionally, but the way they welcomed her and made her feel comfortable truly meant the world to me.I’m so grateful we found BridgePointe and for Bridgett and her amazing team. They’ve created a place that truly feels caring and supportive for both residents and their families.

This ALF is a God sent to me and my Father. My father was in another ALF for 10 years and an occupational therapist recommended this place. My father says this is the happiest he has been in years. He’s being treated with kindness, nutritional meals. I’m so grateful for this ALF. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for this ALF.

When it came time to look for an assistant living for my father was overwhelming to say the least. My father had a lot of conditions that a lot of ALF were not willing to deal with. Bridget sat down with me explained what her facility as well as herself were all about. She sat down and came up with a course of action for my dad to give him the best possible resemblance of a normal life as it could be. They monitored his progress, Bridget constantly sent me photos and videos of my dad doing physical therapy and partaking in activities. Bridget her husband and her staff were all a blessing not only for my dad but for me as well all the up to the very end. The day my father passed away the entire staff at bridepointe came together to make sure my brother and I were comforted and all our wishes for our father were met. I highly recommend BRIDGEPOINTE and their services. Bridget and her staff are angels ’

My Close friend of 50 years was moved here from another assisted living facility a year ago . The difference in care professionalism is unmatched . When he was transferred we met with owner /operator Bridgette and from the first day have been in communication with text updates, photo’s, and interactive videos. The compassion is obvious and very welcome . The overall care and professional shines through daily . The difference in care from the transferring facilities are immeasurable and my dearest friend is receiving the care anyone could ask of a love one ! The staff At BridgePointe ALF treated my Mom with the utmost warmth and genuine compassion. From the moment we moved in she felt right at home. The nurses and compassionate caregivers provided my Mom with the very best dignified care to meet her medical and psycho-social needs. I loved the fact that there was always a nurse in the facility 24/7. Communication, which is so important, was excellent and I was always notified if there was a change in condition. The community was always kept clean and well maintained. Every detail”from the meals to events”showed a deep commitment to residents. My by brother-in-law moved from a different facility at the end of 2024 and the improvements he has made since the move are amazing. In the other place he was totally bed ridden except once a week when they changed the linens, never spent time out of doors and was fed in his room. At BridgePointe, Bridget and her team treats him with total dignity. He is up every day, eats in the dining room with other residents and spends most of his day out of his room. He is now standing on his own and they are arranging physical therapy so he can walk using a walker. I am forever grateful to them!

I had been caring for an old friend who was struggling w Alzheimers; I had been w her for 7 yrs. I never left her except for my own Dr appts because she cried when I left for a 3 day trip to Jacksonville to see my girls . She couldn't communicate any more but when I returned from my trip she threw her arms around me, burst into tears and cried, "oh you didn't, you didn't " I KNEW she meant, "you didnt leave me."......so that was it, I never left her again for the 7 yrs. The last 2-3 yrs she was bedfast....I talked to her all the time and she talked back, just not English. I DID get to where I thought I could understand what she needed........ Then one day I became critically ill w an incarcerated hernia, and had to go to ER and I called my friend's court appt guardian and he called Bridgitte and she came immediately to assess my dear little 87 yr old friend. Within a couple hours, Bridgitte came and got "Mama" And took her to BridgePointe. The ER sent me home in the care of my daughter and they wanted surg for me the next day and ER Dr told me, "YOU are retired. You cannot do this work any more." BUT I was able to go see "Mama" at Bridge Pointe the next day..... I was so amazed ! I came in the front door and I smelled "CLEAN" everywhere. A patient walked by me and her hair was clean, curled, combed and she smelled like fresh bath... then a patient care technician Took me to "Mama's " room. I tried not to cry..........her room was flooded w sunshine. She LOVES sunshine..I couldn't have imagined a nicer place for my dear little friend ’—. She had been bathed since they received her from home. Her hair was clean , a hard job for me at home washing hair in the bed....I was thrilled. She smelled fresh, her linens were clean w fold creases in them. I had been terrified to leave her in anyone else's care, because I felt like no one would love her and care for her like I had been doing.....her nurse came in to meet me, Miss Bridgitte came and greeted me, the patient care techs were so gentle w her, turning her and repadding her delicate little limbs w each turn. I'm a 77 yr old crit care nurse, myself.....I was so impressed w their gentle care, talking to her during care . I was very touched and my heart began to relax, "She'll be ok here, they'll take good care of her." THAT was my greatest concern....I had been too afraid to leave her, even tho she had never even called me by my name in 7 years of me being there. She may not have ever remembered my name, but she knew I loved her and she knew she was safe and I would never let anyone hurt her. I am so grateful to the caregivers and to Bridgette and her husband's lovely facility for the care they provide to their clients....I WAS able to "retire" from my position w my dear friend, in peace, regarding her safety. If MY girls ever need a care facility for my care, I can only pray they are able to find Some place as loving and supportive as BridgePointe Assisted Living.....‘‘

Bridegpointe ALF is an absolutely AMAZING facility. The owner, Bridgette is very kind and caring. My Loved One has been there since the opening of the facility and I have not had one complaint. It is unfortunate to see negative comments because I know for a fact that the level of care in this facility is top notch. There are complainers in the world and there are others that actually see the good in a person. Bridgepointe is a family environment, take a look at the pictures on social media. I recommend this facility to anyone that wants to sleep well at night knowing their Loved One is in good hands.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my aunt has received at BridgePointe Assisted Living Facility. The director, Bridgette, and her team have gone above and beyond to ensure my aunt's well-being during a very challenging time for our family. When my aunt was abandoned by her own son after my uncle passed away, we were at a loss. Living several states away near the Midwest, I was deeply concerned about finding a safe and caring environment for her. It was truly a Godsend to find Bridgette and her team. The kindness and compassion they have shown are unparalleled. Bridgette was incredibly understanding of our situation and allowed my aunt to stay at the facility for three to four months with a very small partial monthly payment until her Medicaid was approved. This act of generosity provided us with immense relief and peace of mind. Throughout this long journey, the staff at BridgePointe Assisted Living Facility have been attentive, supportive, and dedicated to my aunt's care. They have treated her with the utmost respect and dignity, ensuring she feels comfortable and valued. The facility itself is wonderful, offering a variety of amenities and activities that keep the residents engaged and happy. I cannot thank Bridgette and her team enough for their outstanding service and the genuine care they have provided. They have made a significant difference in my aunt's life and ours. While I hope this review helps to change a sad situation for many families when it comes to a loved one, if it only helps to change one, I will be happy with that. Bridgepoint ALF was an absolute God send. Eighteen months ago, my 92 year old Aunt found herself in a facility that provided no sense of self for her, in which she existed in a state of depression and hopelessness. Fortunately I found Bridgeport ALF through a referral. From her first day at Bridgeport she entered into a caring, loving, family oriented facility. She quickly settled in and adapted to her new surroundings and is truly a different person in that she’s back to her old self. I now get to see her smiling, laughing, singing, dancing and socializing in her day to day life and I need to thank Bridgette and her caring and compassionate staff. Bridgette has been a nurse for 30 years and is very passionate and dedicated about the care that makes her facility so wonderful not only for the residents, but also for their family members. I now have peace of mind and am comforted knowing that my aunt is surrounded by the loving staff at Bridgeport ALF.

We moved my 80 year old mother into Bridgepoint after meeting with the owner, Bridgette, and touring the facility. Bridgette is an RN, and extremely knowledgeable regarding dementia patients. She’s also very professional and Cary. While viewing the facility, which was very homey and clean, we met 3 people who live there, and the husband of a woman who lives there. They all were very happy there, with high praise for the food. My mother was reluctant, as many are I’m sure, but the entire staff was kind and patient. They are very special people, and I’m grateful to have found this facility. I’m thankful for all they have done to make this transition as pleasant as possible, as well as communicating with me every step along the way.

I moved my 99-1/2 year old grandmother from a (very expensive) facility on the water a month ago because she just wasn’t getting the care that she needed. From the day she moved into BridgePoint ALF she has had amazing, around the clock care.
