Very nice staffing, a cosmopolitan Hospital in good old Watertown . A lovely place to rehab fair, nutritional menu. Good snacks A TV in every room. Nice dining room... Multiple day rooms. And the coffee, Good, teas. A good place to get your Life in ordinary fun.

I have been here at this place since May 15th 2026 and I really love it here because I enjoy interacting with the nurses and CNA’s, even though I wasn’t sure if I would like here but after meeting and getting to know more about them, I come to realize that this place isn’t bad at all. Because everyone that I have encountered they’re friendly, warm and welcoming! And there’s one nurse in particular who has taken care of me since I got here and I appreciate her care and compassion. And for the record it’s been an honor to be a patient here. Thank you for excepting me!

My grandmother has been here, and every time I’ve come to visit I’ve had a good experience. The staff have always been kind and welcoming, and they treat my grandmother with respect. The facility is clean, and it feels like the employees genuinely care about the residents. Knowing she’s in a place where people are attentive and compassionate gives our family peace of mind. I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for her and would definitely recommend this facility.

I am only being honest . We had some issues and I did reach out to a staff Benny and he has made a big difference but in places I feel there is never reviews on the good staff . Well my sister Brenda has had extreme health issues and they will be getting better however when I go see my sister Brenda there is a cna there that needs a award and I mean she is absolutely caring and loving CNA and I don’t want it to go unnoticed her name is sister . Thank you for taking care of my sister Brenda so well we truly appreciate you.i did forget to mention a nurse when I saw my sister at hospital tonight she told me I need to mention a nurse named Eunice and she said she always make sure she gets her blood sugar checked and meds on time so I also want to tell her Thank you also and let her she we appreciate her as well ..

The facility has exceptional care and an amazing new administrator, when complains are made he fixes the issue right away. I highly recommend this facility!!!

My sister was just admitted on transfer and I have called several times to get information and talk to care nurse - no one has answered the phone yet now almost 10 hours trying to talk to someone. Same number they tell you to call and talk to CEO. My sister has cimplaints and no one to talk to to get and share info. I am only family in area she has.

It stinks, big surprise I know, a nursing home that stinks but this smells like a backed up drain and no one seems to care there is never enough help. Most of the aides are wonderful and very good at their job, the nurses are good but a couple people in management aren’t worth a hoot. Outside of breakfast the food is unappetizing and contains too much salt and sugar Been gone for three days and still have diarrhea , even food poisoning shouldn’t last that long.

The staff were all very friendly. I loved how they invited all the patients to make lemonade and then shared it with us! Sitting outside is such a blessing for these people...many I am sure without family or visitors! It made me and my sisters happy to put a smile on some people's faces...and chat with them! I have been under Watertown Health Care Center's Care since 3/9/23, and at first I was like any, not really wanting to go to a nursing facility like this , but I am so very glad that I am here, I've gotten to know all of the staff, and I am truly amazed at the love, and Care that is provided. I want to take a moment and give a huge praise out to one of the CNA's, Kim you truly have a loving genuine heart, your dedications to cares provided are very appreciated, This dedicated Care taker did something above and beyond, and I will say that it doesn't go unnoticed, and all of the staff treat each person with, dignity, respect, and very lovingly providing the cares they do. Amy, I truly love how your love, and dedication to everyone you care for..... I could go on and on, but I'm so blessed to have an extended family!!!! I thank the whole family here for their dedication, and just providing the best cares, way above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Staff that I came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. One CNA even thanked us for visiting! CEO also approachable and manages concerns without hesitation and provides follow up! My loved one is content and overall very satisfied with the care received! Would definitely recommend facility as top local option! Clearly not my experience at The Marquardt when my loved one was there!!

I had the pleasure of meeting with the administrator and the caring and highly skilled team at this facility and was so impressed with their knowledge, empathy, and passion for caring for the residents in their care. The facility is clean and I loved the fact that all the residents were so well cared for. Very impressed with level of care delivery. Especially now during this pandemic, the facility has really stepped up to the plate. They opened 2 special Covid units and have helped many people recover.
