The director Cheyenna and her staff truly go above and beyond for their residents. Everyone is compassionate, patient, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they take care of every day. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and communication with families has been excellent. It gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for a family member.

I walked through my friend's last days at Eden Vista. I can't say enough about the staff and how they attended to him during difficult times. The nursing staff, Stephanie the activities director, Justine at the front desk, the directors of operations....they all went above and beyond. We checked out several places before we found Eden Vista. So glad we did.

Just visited my mom that lives here and went on a tour of the place with one of the workers I think her name was Melissa she was so sweet she treats everyone so kindly and she is taking amazing care of my mom if you have a loved one that needs a place to live this is the place the whole staff is just amazing. For years, we have looked for the right place for my mom. In Jan, she fell and were forced to make the move and I'm so glad we chose Eden Vista. She lived alone for many years and really needed a place of community to feel like she belonged. Now she has friends, does all sorts of activities like Derby days, Brewers games, arts and crafts and she LOVES Bingo. She's even taken part of special outing to see baseball games, farmer markets. The staff is kind and caring. While I think they are sometimes stretched thin, they do their best to meet my mom's needs. Greatful mom has a place to call home.

Went to a paint night and had so much fun! The set up was awesome and the staff was so friendly, love seeing everyone having a fun time. I included a photo of my sisters painting, I highly recommend bringing your grandparents to events

The wine and paint night was incredibly fun and well put together the hosts were so warm and welcoming and thoughtful of not only the people that live here but the guests of the event as well.

My sister, friend and I joined for paint and wine night. It was so much fun to meet all of the residents and see how happy they are here! Both of the Stephanie’s that ran the event were so sweet and caring. Will be going to events from here on out! Loved it.

Since our mom’s stroke, trying to find the right place to move her into assisted living has been a heart-wrenching process but the staff at Eden Vista have been with us through the bumpy road, listened and observed and advised and acted, and made everything come right. The staff have welcomed our mom and celebrate her. She is making friends, adjusting even with great challenges and discovering she is in a nurturing and compassionate community now that understands her and what she needs.

My mom moved in December. The staff and residents are wonderful. They are always checking on her. My mom enjoys the activities and the food is great! It is clean and always decorated for the holidays. It feels like home!

Wickshire is the best Assisted living facility in Madison. . Wickshire is exemplary model for assisted living care, retirement place and food service. Regardless of their position, each associate staff member truly cares for the resident - as though they were family - and staff treats all residents with respect and Dignity. The Executive Director is very knowledgeable, she is sensible and a friendly motivator. She knows when to push the residents and when to ease up. She is always available to support residents, families and staffs. The director of wise and wellness has a lot of activities( massage, manicure, hair salon, Bingo, scrabble, baking, Music, exercises, Movies time...) to entertain the resident, every day is different. The meals are exceptionally good, that is, flavorful, well prepared, and delivered hot. Resident is offered a variety of choices for each meal and you cannot go wrong, the dynamic of the dining between Breakfast, lunch or dinner is wonderful. The environmental, maintenance and housekeeping director takes the time every day to make sure that Resident rooms are clean. Overall, the staff and management are wonderful, supportive and caring towards the families and residents. I Would highly recommend!

In a day and age when good staffing is hard to find, it's refreshing to see an ED who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. No job is beneath her, whether it be touring prospective residents, passing medications, serving in the dining room, giving a shower, doing laundry or cleaning toilets, I hope Wickshire Senior Living knows what a gem they have in Marilyn!

My experience with Wickshire Madison has been very positive. My father passed away late last year, but my mom still lives there. He always told me how great all the care givers were. Every request made for him was fulfilled, even though there were times they were short staffed. Last year, things got better when they hired a new Director, Marilyn. As there are staffing issues everywhere you go these days, Marilyn made it a priority to work closely with staff and worked endless hours to assure residents were provided for and her staff was supported. I have seen her passing meds, cleaning, serving meals, answering phones, and most important to me, responded to assist my dad whenever needed. Towards the end of his life, she supported my mom and I as well. I would like to also recognize 3 beautiful, caring, and compassionate ladies. Barbara is a CNA that works endless hours to assure all residents get their meds. She also assists staff whenever there is a need. Dorothea also works many hours planning and preparing meals for all of the residents. She always makes a point to pop in and talk wirh me when I am visiting my mom (I am here a minimum of 3 days a week). Last, Dorothy also passes meds, assists residents, and does whatever is needed to get the job done. There are many other angels working at Wickshire. I am happy my mom has a place at Wickshire and confident I made the right decision placing both my parents here. Thank You!!!
