We are very fortunate to have found this place 10 years ago. Our family member has been there ever since and we are very grateful for the way they have cared for her during this time. Her levels of care have changed greatly over the years and Crofton has consistently risen and addressed whatever needs arose. The staff is exceptional and have been there a long time. They are qualified and attentive. They provide quality nursing and Med management, activities to engage residents, health management, financial and healthcare information to help reduce fraud and scams. They really care about their patients. This is evident from the top down as their management team is top notch. The nursing staff are caring, skilled, and qualified individuals who manage the residents many medications with accuracy and timeliness. The maintenance staff is amazing and always there to address any issues. The front desk staff is responsive and informative, housekeeping staff is great, and the dining room staff does an awesome job at providing excellent meals to all the residents. We are forever grateful to Crofton for taking care of our family member. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a residential care facility.

I had to make the tough decision of moving someone in. I was very nervous and not sure how the move would affect my friend. I have to say, the staff has been exceptional and my friend is now able to live his best life. He is always smiling now and more talkative. the care he receives has been a positive impact on his life and I and so excited!

My brother has been living at Crofton Manor Inn for a littler over a year. He loves it and I love it too. The staff is awesome, especially Claudia. Very clean facility. I would definitely recommend your family member staying here.

My 94 year old grandma was starting to get dementia and my mom just couldn't take care of her any longer. We we're so worried about her and where she would go until we found Crofton Manor. Claudia and the entire staff immediately made us feel calm and walked us through everything. Claudia is so knowledgeable about the process both with all the paperwork and documentation as well as what we and my grandma we're going through. Plus, the facility is wonderful and makes you feel like you're right at home. I highly recommend Crofton Manor and their entire team.

My mother has been at Crofton for 10 years. I have been there many times over the years. I have found the staff and management helpful and friendly. They keep the place clean and orderly. Claudia has help me navigate the health care system. I would recommend Crofton to anyone.

My mother has been at Crofton Manor for 5 years and has moved from the regular assisted living part to the memory care unit they also have on site. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff here that is always so helpful and friendly. My mother had lived here several years before and when we came back 12 years later they actually remembered her! I have never seen a more well run elderly living place. They always decorate for the holidays and have lots of programs and activities and the bedrooms rooms, dining area, group areas are all kept spotless. All of these things are so important but more than that it's the CARE the staff gives. They are always so kind and being an hour away I just appreciate the fact that she feels safe and well loved here. I have peace of mind and know she's in the best place possible.

My mother has been at Crofton and we have found the staff to be friendly, the facility clean and well cared for, and above all caring. Claudia is especially helpful as the nurse who assesses prospective residents. Assisted living with additional help is what my mother needed and Crofton proves to be a facility that meets her needs well.

My mom needed the help of assisted living, and when we went for our first visit, they were so friendly and accommodating, had lots of things to keep them active. Rooms were nice, they area gives them lots of places to walk. My mom would walk to the beach! Sit and watch the dogs at the dog park and get an ice cream cone at Rite Aid near by. My mom is very happy there.

My mother lived with our family for 18 years until she needed more help than we could provide. We found Crofton Manor and couldn't be more delighted. The team at Crofton Manor create a very home like environment. They are attentive to her needs and communicate with us often. Everyone is friendly and personable. My mother was nervous at first, but after a few days she was so happy to be with such wonderful people. It's been almost a year and all of us are delighted with Crofton Manor. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide and the friends she's made.

The staff is very kind, understanding, and helpful to the the residents and families. Mom has found a new home and loves it. Everyone there has been very hospitable, especially during the transition period for mom and our family. We are blessed to be part of the Crofton Community. They also do an excellent job maintaining it clean.

I took a tour of he facility with the admisssion's coordinator, Claudia. She is knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful. The place was warm, clean, and the staff and residents were quite friendly. At the minimum, it's worth taking a look.

My mom has been a resident there for over a year now. We are very happy with the care she is receiving and the service that our whole family is given. My mom has her room cleaned daily, she has 3 warm meals a day plus an evening snack, her medication (4x a day) is given directly to her so she doesn't have to think about it, she is regularly bathed, and most importantly, she loves it there. We are so grateful that we found Crofton. It has been a lifesaver for our family. I highly recommend.

I want to start by saying thank you to Claudia for all the assistance and the support she gave me to find a new home for my mother at crafton Manor Inn. I was one of many people, I'm sure they're still many out there, that were and maybe still frustrated and not able to find the proper help to assist our love ones to finding a comfortable home.Once again thanks to Claudia she showed me the process of how to make the process a non stressful one. Being a firefighter I have found myself responding to emergency calls to quite of bit of the assistant living homes as well as nursing homes. With that experience of seeing a variety of homess i have seen the quality of living at these homes. With that I can say that crafton Manor Inn is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. When I was looking for a new home for my mother I also looked at the personnel that work there. Crafton Mannor was very welcoming and found out that many of the personnel working there have been there for over 10 years. One of the other great benefits is that the majority of the employees biligual. The moment I realized that this was the new home for my mother I decided to do an unexpected visit . And just like my scheduled visit went, I saw the consistency in the cleanliness as well as the professionalism with and all the employees. My mother has now been living at crafted manner for almost 3 years now and there is not a day I regret making this my mother's new home. Lastly I like the communication that my Mother's caregiver and I have, every time I visit my mother I speak to the the caregiver and tells me any personal needs that my she may need. Knowing that my mother's dementia is getting worse I count on her caregiver to really be there for her. Once again thank you to everyone at Crafton Manor Inn for loving and caring for my mom like she is their own Mother!

My mother moved in three months ago. She has dementia and needs personal care. The service on all levels has been 5+ stars, from the management office to the caregivers to the receptionists. I often drop in and she has always looked great. They call if there is ever an issue and provide updates. The food is fresh, healthy, diversified and tasty. Our family could not be happier and we could not have done it without the professionalism and expertise of the staff.
