My grandmother was there for rehab because she had broken her ankle. They straight lied to us stating they had a chef on duty cooking there meals my grandmother was a diabetic and they did not make the right meals for her. They would put her on the toilet and walk off and leave her knowing that is unexacceptable my grandmother fell off the toilet and passed away. There was a handful of CNA's that were great.

This place is "incredible" according to my hard working, tough, never ask for help, dad. My 70 year old active father had a massive stroke one month ago and became paralyzed on one side and also lost the ability to reason. He had been working and completely independent previously and we had no idea what to do to help him recover. We were so fortunate that Ave Maria had a spot in their skilled nursing rehabilitation house for my dad. Since moving from the hospital to here, he has made tremendous strides and has such an improvement in mood and attitude. This skilled nursing rehabilitation house at Ave Maria IS INCREDIBLE and we are so grateful for this wonderful home for folks recovering from a serious setback. A HUGE thank you to all of the teammates that make this wonderful place possible

Staff appeared to be friendly, until I voiced concerns about the care of my loved one. At that point, I was made to feel very uncomfortable when visiting my relative.

Not only did i work here but i fell in love with the residents.They where sOoo nice and you just couldn't help but smile..If anyone needs there love ones a nice clean place to be.... Ave maria is the place. But also check before putting them in cause ya never know what caretaker ull run across Be blessed

Beautiful place clean and elegant , but I have my doubts about the worker. My mom went in walker and now in a wheelchair to bed they said she kept falling but how and why.got a uti sent her to St.Francis then kicked her out said couldn't come back because of insurance, just another way out.

Staff is not on the same page and they often lie when confronted about issues related to home care given by their workers. They are all about protecting their company's name.

My mother-in-law was fortunate enough to spend her final year of life at the Ave Maria Nursing Home. The care and love that our family received was unsurpassed. We felt that she was safe and well cared for each and every day. As her illness progressed the excellent level of care continued. We felt totally confident that all of her needs were met by skilled and caring nurses and staff members. We appreciate everything that Ave Maria did for all of us during such a difficult time in our lives.
