River Bend Skilled Nursing Home is a leader in providing quality elderly care. Their approach to resident wellness, which encompasses physical, emotional, and social health, is exceptional. The variety of activities and programs offered keeps residents engaged and happy. The staff's professionalism and warmth make it a welcoming place for individuals who need skilled nursing care. It's a great community that respects and uplifts its residents.

I stayed there for six months for rehab. the food was not the best but was getting better. The staff was great and friendly and took real good care of me. I have nothing to bad to say about the staff or the facility.

Our mother recently spent several months as a resident at River's Bend Health and Rehab center after fracturing one of her bones in her pelvic area. She is 91 years old and needed a lot of care to recover from this injury. The staff at River's Bend was amazing with how they handled my mom's situation. The staff there is so involved with their residents. The Nursing director along with both Assistant Nursing Directors were so knowledgeable in managing her care. Our mother was recently diagnosed with dementia and it seemed like the staff and Assistant Nursing Directors knew just how to handle her memory care along with the added physical disability requiring attention and physical therapy. We were amazed at how well coordinated things were during this inconvenient Covid time........their staff was able to schedule three different types of therapy from the professional therapists along with keeping up with those when it was not a scheduled therapy day. The meal planning staff was so accommodating, which was helpful to us. Our mother has a very limited appetite and we found out that they were catering to some of her favorite foods and treats, but still within healthy guidelines which made us very happy. Despite the fact that our mother was at River's Bend during Covid, meaning a time when staff would not be allowed to show much affection from 6 feet away......they were all so good at finding ways to make our mother still feel cared for and loved. The facility itself is clean, organized and managed by people who truly care about the residents. I will be recommending River's Bend to friends and family looking for a rehabilitation stay or at a long term care facility.

I'll have been here for five years come next month. I like living here because of the staff. They are very nice and caring.Yes there are times you have to wait when you push your call light but there are other people there.

My Mother is a current resident and has been living at Rivers Bend for years now. She has been given nothing but outstanding care and has developed some great friendships with aids, nurses and staff, some she now considers family. In my opinion, the staff has handled the care of my Mother incredibly even though it has not always been easy caring for her, and has always let family know if an issue arises. I know her care and safety is their #1 concern...and as a daughter that puts my mind at ease knowing she is taken care of how she needs to be. She always reminds me how happy she is and how much she loves living there. Its comforting to know shes happy.

Everyday is a new day with new challenges that allows us the opportunity to do what we do best; provide healthcare to others in a compassionate and caring environment to the best of our abilities. The most enjoyable part of all of our job is the residents. It gives us all great satisfaction to know that we can help someone recover from life challenges with dignity, respect, a sense of purpose, and a dash of humor. The TEAM at River's Bend makes each and every resident feel they are well cared for and their voice is heard. With fresh new ideas that come from the whole team at River's Bend, it is an experience you will not forget.

I stayed at Riverbend for a couple weeks for recoup and rehab after ankle replacement surgery. If I could give more that five stars I would. I have nothing but a great big thank you to everyone working there. The nurses and CNA's were all so kind and always ready to help and respond to my requests. The laundry staff was great. They wash daily and bring it back the next day. Cleaning workers were friendly and thorough. The physical therapy department was so good- they taught me all the skills I need at home to take care of myself while still "one legged". Behind the scenes all my outside contact and discharge ready process was done professionally. The whole staffing program coordinates beautifully. Did I say I liked River Bend? One last thing- it is all housed and held together in a beautiful and comfortable facility. No complaints at all.

Because we live in Nevada and have a loved one in this nursing facility, it has been hard to "stay connected" through the pandemic. Thanks to very loving and caring staff and the administrator, they have done everything possible to help us through FaceTime calls and extra efforts to keep spirits and activities up for the residents. We greatly appreciate them and this nursing home!

Rivers Bend cares about their staff and residents. I have worked with Rivers Bend for a few years and patients/families continue to tell me success stories with their experiences and excellent care. The staff will go out of their way to make sure patients are getting the best and treat them like family. I would recommend going here to work, short term rehab or long term stay.

Family member welcomed to this home this week. Was immediately directed to room, and told how to park nearest to the room in the future. Nurses answer call button promptly. They accomodated me when I brought outside food in for my family member. My first impressions of this place are great. Clean looking, smelling, and feeling.
