Well...if you have any choice, I'd recommend other options. They charge extra for basic hygiene. Haircuts, shaving for men, and shampoos for residents. They will wash your clothes, "wash machine is broken "©. In my situation, socks have not been changed in eight days. Maybe, the patient is resistant, but , proper hygiene is consistent with wellness. Your decision on where you place a loved one in incremental care should be carefully considered. Do your research!!! 06-16-2026: After calling and talking...all my issues have been resolved, however, this shouldn't have to happen. Bless any and all who have to deal with these types of situations. ™ 6 .30 .2026 Recently, my loved one was sent to long term care within this faculty. I'll call it the dark side, where people are left to go at their own pace. Or ...call it what you want! Anyways, I went to see my loved one today. A long walk amongst the many corridors. Asking directions many times. Finally found my person of interest. The visit was good, of course, but, trying to find my way out was chaotic, to say the least. After walking probably 200 yards in 20 minuted, in various directions I finally found my way out. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk, you should maybe have a map of the facility. She laughed at me and made disparaging remarks about my abilities. This is a 300 plus bed facility, no maps, exit signs that lead to employee parking, but not how to exit the front door. No indication of room numbers, no way to quickly exit via the front door. Perhaps the Fayetteville Fire Marshall needs to visit this facility.

My mom was at Village Green for physical therapy and rehab after a surgery and some mobility issues. The staff there were wonderful to her. The physical and occupational therapy staff helped her get so much of her strength and mobility back. The facility is super clean and love the cookies and coffee! Great experience!

These folks really do care about their patients. My elderly sister in law with dementia and 2 broken arms graduated last week! She went from bedridden to walking unassisted in 2 months. Never would have happened without the positive atmosphere these professionals create on a daily basis. Very grateful for you all on returning her to us; not only physically healed, but mentally sharper than she has been in a couple of years.

I was in this facility for 7 weeks to do a rehabilitation on my right shoulder that had been operated on. The therapy that I received there was outstanding and the ladies that took care of me or also outstanding I would recommend this to most places be very very specific to the dietitian but your wants because that I think we had a misunderstanding regarding the food, so that was my problem I should have fixed early on but all in all it was a wonderful stay I made some nice friends there The personal are wonderful and understanding and meet your needs as much as possible and the therapist do a fantastic job at making sure that you regain whatever ranger motion that you need to accomplish while you are there

I am very familiar with Sanstone and many of their buildings including this Fayetville facility. Sanstone is a top notch company and really cares about all of their residents! Top management really understands how important patient care is and it trickles all the way down. They spare no expense on their facilities and it shows. Even including an ice cream parlor built in to every single facility! You tour one of their facilites and then go tour somewhere else you will see what I mean! They understand that this is the resident's home and that everyone should have a nice and comfortable place to live. Go Sanstone and Village Green!

I want to thank the therapy team both PT & OT as they are the reason for my healing. I want to thank Rex from Corporate & Lisa DON who met with me to identify several issues of much needed correction within the facility as I will be following up to ensure these needed actions of both staff and facility maintenance are implemented and will continue to be in place not just one week and back to poor practices again. I want to give a shout out to the chef and kitchen for quality food on all meals. I also want to give a shout out to the Social Services team as they were spot on with all my needs both in and out of facility. Village Green despite some needed corrective actions I was grateful for their help with my recovery knowing I could not go home as it was not safe yet nor did I have in place the needed DME which is now in place, and I am home.

This was my first time going through therapy at a facility and I did not know what to expect. But from day one not only did the therapist help me but all the staff. They made me feel comfortable, supported and most of all motivated to achieve my goals. Because of all the hard work I am getting ready to head home but alot stronger.

The nursing staff/CNA's are top notch here. They are all caring and thoughtful people, peculiarly Issac (CNA) and nurse Mary. Everyone was willing to listen to what I needed during my stay. The PT staff is terrific. The only down side was the meals. I am gluten free,but the food isn't. I thank again who had interactions with me. I will you close to my heart and remember your kindness always.

This is a pleasant place where I received help when I called for it. When I first came I was unable to walk. However with working with therapy I am now walking. Nursing always put a smile on my face.

From the hospital I really wanted to go home but I'm glad I came here. I really enjoyed the therapy and I needed it. They helped me with getting stronger and now I can do the stairs. The therapist came everyday and made sure I got out of bed and got my exercise. Nursing was terrific and my room was spacious.

The cleanliness and kindness here was really good. Everyone here was concerned of my overall well being and were very kind to me. They even payed attention to little details that I liked. They made sure I had my christian channel on my TV for me and helped me with anything I needed

My grandmother is a new resident, and we are not satisfied with how she is being treated right now. Leaving her in a wheelchair for an hour, my grandmother having an accident on herself and nobody being aware of her needing assistance to change her clothes, not fully helping her get out of the bed when my mother is there to VISIT but she is the one having to help and tend to her while she is wanting a peaceful visit and staff standing around among themselves talking and my mother having to ask from down the hall for someone to come, we are really in need of better care for her. She has a broken hip.

The staff and therapy team gave me a second chance at life. When i first came here i was weak, and almost gone. The people here are so nice. They are good people who take care of their patients. I felt like family here. One day I came back to my room and needed help. A nurse came into my room and asked what I needed. She was not assigned to my room but told me of course, everyone here is my patient. Everyone here treated me with respect and was so courteous.

Therapy here was very challenging but I needed it. I mainly had Bonnie and Stephen and they were outstanding. But everyone would come together to help me stand. The atmosphere was nice with great attitudes always willing to help me. They always pushed me and encouraged me . When I first came here I could not stand. And now I am able to. The care was great. Whenever I turned my light on they always came to help me and whenever I needed something they were right there. They were kind, attentive and encouraging. I really enjoyed the activities they had here. If I did not like something on the menu they accommodated me. They were consistent with cleaning my room everyday. I have enjoyed my stay here and loved graduating to the other hall. But I received good care on both halls. I will miss everyone and I am excited to be going home.
