I wanted to give a shout out to our newer administration staff, as well as our wonderful care givers at Spring Hollow. This is such a quaint, tight-knit community. Everyone here is treated like family. Even our awesome residents look out for each other, and make sure everyone is included. If you are looking for a community where you wont have to worry about your loved one getting lost in the shuffle, or feeling anxious, this home-like setting will welcome them in with open arms!

I recently had the privilege of visiting and experiencing firsthand the exceptional care and support provided by Rocky Mountain Care- Spring Hollow. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, instantly putting me at ease. After spending some time there, I can confidently say that this facility is truly a haven of care and comfort for its residents. One of the standout features of Rocky Mountain Care- Spring Hollow is its dedicated and compassionate staff. Every member of the team, from the administration to the nurses and caregivers, demonstrated a deep commitment to the well-being and happiness of the residents. One particular staff member by the name of Nancy stood out to me most as she consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everyone's needs were met.

We moved my mother from out of state into Spring Hollow and it's been a big adjustment for her. I've been nothing but impressed with the cna's, administrators, and the cooks here. It's hard to manage care for so many people who need so much help but I have been so grateful that the level of care and concern is so high and genuine with all the staff I have met. When my mom got sick, one evening, Paizley went above and beyond to help my mom and prioritized her over all the cleaning. It put my heart at ease with the good love and concern. And she's one of many angels there in my book. Thanks Spring Hollow. We love you.

They're understaffed, but their staff tries really hard to keep up with the high demands requiered by the memory care residents. Their phone message says "simply the best care", which is not true! Many times It's hard for them to even answer the phone bc they're so overworked! Their meds are not updated in their system as soon as they should! The residents are not being cared for as they should. I can't go in detailed without getting grafic & embarrassing my husband or other residents. They only have one CNA in their MC building & one in the Assisted Living building, & many times a day the residents in the Memory care end up being left alone bc the CNA needs to get something done at the other building. Their management doesn't quite seem to be able to get it together. They promised to fix the broken window screen that let's flies in through the holes at my husband's bedroom since he moved in June & it hasn't happened yet, I keep being told over & over again by Elisa, one of their managers, that is going to get fixed soon, & it doesn't happen ! I thought they were brand new but I spoke with the wife of a prior MC resident & she tells me it was the same 2 years ago when her husband was there. Sadly will need to look for another facility soon.
