My family member has been at New Hope for almost 5 months. Moving her from another state was an exhausting process coupled with the task of finding a facility. We toured and interviewed 7 facilities. Thank God we found New Hope. New Hope is a fine blend between state-of-the-art technology and a family home. My loved one has dementia and the level of care she receives at New Hope is awesome. They have two chefs that accommodate residents food preferences. The care givers are skilled and also very kind. As a family member I am always welcomed anytime day or night. The home is beautiful and impeccably clean, always. The entire staff is amazing keep doing what you are doing.

New Hope Senior Living has to be the nicest assisted living community I have ever seen. I love that it's a home, not a facility. Also, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design of the house to ensure it's senior friendly. Other things I loved was the Farm to Table menu prepared daily by the Chef, how the house sits back off the road on 18 beautiful acres, and the great Staff to Resident Ratio. Highly Recommended.

I toured New Hope Senior Living the day of the grand opening. It is an amazing beautiful home. In talking to the staff I learned that not only is it beautiful and constructed with utmost safety in mind they also have the newest technology to help them monitor the health and safety of their residents moment to moment. It seems they have done their utmost to provide the best care possible for their residents and to give peace of mind to the residents families.

I was so thankful when I found New Hope for my husband's hospice. I feel like it truly was a gift from God. They are not kidding when they say it feels like family. My husband was treated with professional knowledge, love and dignity. The chef is wonderful. They went out of their way to meet our every need, even, at times, before we asked. The price is reasonable - don't be afraid to ask and tour!

I love seeing the pictures and watching the live videos of the residents and enrichment activities y'all do its wholesome and heartwarming!! Just makes you want to be there and soak it all in. Food looks wonderful as well love that y'all provide meals farm to table. “

My family is so incredibly grateful that we found New Hope. My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness very unexpectedly. After consulting with hospice, we knew that living independently as she had been was suddenly no longer possible. I called New Hope on a Monday and Tim offered our family a tour that afternoon. This was the first and only place that we toured. We knew immediately that this is where we wanted mom. It was a decision we never regretted. She moved in two days later and the transition went very well. I had explained during our initial meeting how important it was that our family and friends be able to visit my mother. We were there for two months, every single day, and always welcomed with open arms. The staff and other residents became like family. Everyone was so accommodating and did everything within their ability to make my mom's final days pleasant. As mom's needs changed, they adjusted accordingly. Anytime we brought up concerns regarding her ever changing condition they offered advice and immediately did whatever they could to help. It allowed our family the peace of mind to know that she had exceptional care available 24/7 and we were able to just spend quality time with her. We really enjoyed how comfortable New Hope is. This is not a facility, it's a home. The food is wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The staff truly cares. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Hope to anyone searching for a new home for their loved one.

New Hope Senior Living is a state of the art facility located on 18 acres in beautiful Hendersonville, TN. I love the fact that there is a private orchard on site with fruit and herbs and farm to table meals. I've known Greg and Heather for many years and can honestly say that you are in great hands as they will treat you like family.

It's hard to believe this is a Residential Assisted Living home. It's beautifully renovated on 18 acres with all the amenities that one could ask for. I love the Farm to Table menu that the chef prepares daily. They have truly thought of everything.

New Hope Senior Living is definitely a place to call home. There is no hint of a facility feeling. This home is beyond gorgeous. They spared no expense in making this stunningly beautiful. Wonderful, bright space located in a beautiful setting conveniently located! The facilities are top-notch, the staff friendly, and I came away with some ideas for my own home. I especially like the common spaces, which are perfect for folks to gather, tell tales, and build new memories. Having toured the facility, I can tell you the library is my favorite spot on the whole property. New Hope is a special place and your loved one will be loved there.

I toured New Hope Senior Living and was impressed with the thought that was put into every detail from design and decor to services and activities offered to ensure the residents happiness and safety. The entire property is beautiful beyond words and it is obvious in my tour with staff, the goal is to make sure each resident feels they are at home and not in a facility.

Highly recommend! I toured New Hope Senior Living the day of the grand opening and I felt the genuine love and care from the staff. The home is beautiful and everything was well organized and put together. They have an elevator in the home that is very convenient and that was a plus for me!

Tim Wilson, Director of Operations at New Hope Senior Living of Hendersonville, was kind enough to give me a tour of the home, even though it was a last-minute request & we were only in town for a short stay. Tim has been wonderful to work with and made me feel extremely confident that this would be a great fit for mom. We love that this is a "Home" instead of a big facility. And now with the Covid-19 pandemic, I believe this is the best option when it comes to independent and assisted living for seniors. We are excited that mom was one of the first to join the waiting list & that she will be one of the original 13 residents to move into the house on day 1.

Absolutely stunning facility! The establishment is so clean and so friendly and welcoming. The staff is very pleasant to be around, and they are very helpful. This facility has so many amazing features, including a chef and hair stylist. Overall such a wonderful experience here.

Absolutely amazing! This Beautiful home feels so cozy and full of love. No expense was spared in creating this lovely atmosphere. The staff is awesome and the chefs can customize the menus to dietary specifications. Highly recommended!
