My mom has dementia and recently was hospitalized, the doctor recommended short time physically therapy. If no improvement....then long time. Previously we were referred by another hospital to a facility that was filthy, that had a terrible odor, atmosphere & was recently on the news for homicide with a resident for medical neglect, we went but I couldn't bare leaving my mom in such a terrible facility. Then A family friend referred Majestic. After our first disaster, my siblings and I decided to do a POP UP TOUR. Pleasant, very clean, courteous, caring the staff so has impressed me greatly. The social worker Kat, is a caring advocate for the elderly & making sure they have the best care available. The facility has therapy & the food is the I've seen . Don't take my word, your welcome to do a POP UP TOUR yourself

Majestic Care rehabilitation was exactly what my husband needed following a hospital stay. Kat did an excellent job orchestrating his transfer. His caregivers and nurses were exceptional. Danielle seemed more like a friend than an employee! They were respectful, efficient, and responded to his needs as quickly as they could. The physical therapists were highly skilled and offered him much encouragement throughout his stay. Each time I visited, I was greeted by the staff with smiles as I walked to his room. The director was present and approachable with any concerns or questions we had. The facility was very clean, and the housekeepers were quite pleasant. I highly recommend Majestic Care.

Majestic was truly amazing while taking care of my son. They went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Also made sure to keep me informed. My son and I will forever be grateful and have love for all the staff who treated him so like they were taking care of their very own. You guys have some really AMAZING WORKERS!

I have been a member of the Majestic team since May 2021. I am proud to work for a company that puts resident needs first. Our clinical team cares for residents with kindness and compassion because they are our family. My dad needed some rehab after a big surgery a couple years ago. Without hesitation I brought him to Majestic.

I really like living here with my wife. The nursing home is clean and nurses and aides are very nice. Food is great and very clean facilitie. I would tell my friends to come stay here if need rehab or a long-term nursing home.

I really enjoy being an employee at Majestic. I get to work with caring and compassionate co-workers who take excellent care of residents. All departments work very hard to ensure the best experience possible for our residents and rehab patients. Not only is it a great place to work it is a great place to bring your loved ones to as well. I have had two family members come to Majestic for rehabilitation therapy, and could not say enough about the superb care they received from the staff and therapy department. I would definitely recommend Majestic Care as an terrific place work or bring your families to for care.

I got good care from nurses and most aides. Good care from rehab they helped me out with walking and movement. I was very depressed when I arrived and now I'm feeling better thanks to nursing getting me on medication. I wish the house Dr would seen me more and I know that Majestic is working on it. I like the choices of different food that they have, great soup, need to work on making food warm. But over all really like the people who are there.

Our Mother has been resident in memory care for 10 years, everyone from executive director, nursing staff, activities people, and admin cares and takes special interest. Majestic invests in facility. Through COVID they maintained protocols. Each staff person has two residents who they create personal relationships with. Very pleased!

I've been looking for a place for my friend. Walking around it seemed cleaned and no oder. The food smelled pretty good not sure what they were having that day but it smelled awesome! Staff seemed friendly. That's very important ..it can make or break a patient.

They are so friendly with patients and family. My dearest friend Joyce is there and always laughing and loves it there. Lots of all different types activities for the residents. I'm so thankful for the staff.this facility in toledo ohio is so helpful in assisting us with help with Joyce's needs I'm so thankful she is there. Please do NOT send your lived ones here!! Poor quality of care and life, if lucky enough to leave! Attendants arrive 30-40 minutes after "Help!" Or "Nurse" button is called! Food looks like it came from jail! Patients leave in worse condition then they arrived! The smell as you walk through is of feces! One care team person from the next, are NOT following protocol! Poor quality!!

Have used the Labuhn center for rehabilitation for years. Most of the time they get it right, but there are times where they need a little help. Many times they're short on personnel, and they try not to let it affect patient care. They work real hard to be a five-star location.

Would not at this time recommend. Although we were assured changes were being made. Total disconnect in communication. Being told something isn't right and then have it continue is not a good thing. Outside agency staffing a problem. It's like charting wasn't used or used then that information not passed on to those in need of it. Care of patient rating very poor by most staff. Rate of housekeeping poor. If you are looking for a place for good health care serving as a ministry of God. Look elsewhere. I blame the leadership. If you had good leaders you would have good workers. I wish I had photos and videos of the stuff that went on. As it is the memory of it all haunts me.

I was in the Toledo facility, it has been a wonderful experience being here. The staff from the cleaning staff to the social worker and facility manager has treated me with great respect and support. I couldn't say enough about the nurses aids and nurses. Therapy staff has got me walking again. And I'm going home in a week. People have given this place a bad wrap. But I can tell you I would recommend this place to everyone . .

Nurses do not help aides never see them involved with aides, too busy behind desk, doing nothing or on phones, extremely lazy, I've experienced so much negativity wouldn't be able to believe it!!, Some aides are awesome!! Tamieka is number 1!!!

Mom is in the assisted living facility, and it is very nice. Great place and feel very good about the caring people working there. Highly recommend this place. As in any facility you will find staff that is caring and some that don't. Please report any staff that are rude and have an attitude, and be proactive with your loved one who stays there. This is one of the best places for your mom or dad to stay at when they can't live without assistance! Also, when their money is exhausted, they can continue to stay there, they file Medicaid and get a waiver. This is a Blessing!

This nursing home is a fantastically great place. I spent a couple weeks here while recovering from an operation, and I found that every nurse or attendant were totally commited to helping the patients. They made sure to check/change my bandages regularly. Every patient was given regular meals with a choice of a couple different entrees, and if I had the munchies during the night, they were quick to bring me tea and cookies to snack on. I am type 2 diabetic, so they brought low sugar cookies. They also checked my blood sugar levels three times a day. They also brought each patient in for individual sessions of physical therapy at the level that patient needed. Before I retired, I saw quite a few "rest homes" (for my work) and found them to be terrible places that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. They smelled constantly of urine and other things, not cleaned up, and the nurses would yell at the patients like they were little children. BUT the Lutheran Home was a bright ray of hope and sunshine amongst all those others...! Would I go back there? ABSOLUTELY, yes. If I get to the point where I need to stay again, I would ask to be there "in a New York minute" rather than stay in any other one.
