Ivy Park Laguna Woods has been an incredible community, both from a professional and personal standpoint. I've had the pleasure of working with Tricia Shelton, Kelly Ferro and Jennifer Turgeon, the Executive Director, and their dedication, expertise, and genuine care for residents truly stand out. They made the transition for my mother-in-law into the community two years ago so seamless, and their support has continued every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful, with large, well-designed floorplans and stunning mountain views that really enhance the living experience. Jennifer's leadership is exceptional, and Tricia's passion for assisting families and residents in envisioning how they can thrive in this community is truly remarkable. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, engaged, and well taken care of. I can't recommend Ivy Park Laguna Woods enough for anyone seeking a full-service assisted living community where your loved ones are treated like family.

We are in the information gathering stage and recently toured the Laguna Woods facility. What a beautiful location. The property is clean and well maintained. We were met with a very warm welcome by all the staff. Tricia did an excellent job providing us with the information we needed and showing us multiple units in various locations. Ivy Park is definitely a top consideration where we believe our parents will be happy and well taken care of.

My 105-year-old father has been at Ivy Park Laguna Woods for a couple months. We love the facility. His apartment is beautiful and so comfy for him. I'd like to give a big shout-out to all the staff. Every person we have dealt with since my dad's move-in has been so helpful and accommodating. They are a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Ivy Park Laguna Woods.

My father spent the last 4 months of his life at the regency and unfortunately lost his long battle with cancer. Our family couldn't have been happier with the personalized care that they provided my father. They became family to him and I will always be grateful for how they treated him. I would definitely recommend the regency for your loved ones.

My mother was there for a decade. Generally, I have to say this is on the high end for an assisted living facility as far as care and living conditions.. However, remember this is run by people...just people. Some screw up and some are dishonest and some do try to do a good job. Check on your loved ones consistently and let management and techs who deal with your loved one know your face. When you visit your loved one, check in with those persons and again, be a face and body to deal with. Don't let them hide and be anonymous. Do check that valuables are secured and never in plain sight.

My parents moved in here three years ago. When they first moved in it was great. Since the SRG conglomerate took over, however, it has turned into a nightmare. The food is terrible and slow. The transportation is intermittent and unreliable on the weekends. My parents are at the mercy of poor management and a severely understaffed facility. Dining and maintenance are especially dysfunctional. Do not move here if you have any other options.

We feel comfortable with the care that our mother gets there. They check in on her all the time and the food is wonderful. She enjoys being sociable with the other ladies. And enjoys when the vendors come in to sell their costume jewelry

After visiting many assisted living facilities in the area we selected The Regency for my mom. Now that she has been there for over a year we feel it was the best decision we could have made. The facility itself, the food, and the activities are exceptional. And most importantly, the staff is truly caring. They take the time to get to know each resident and their family members personally which makes being at The Regency feel like you are a part of a big extended family. My mom is happy and knowing she is well taken care of when I can't be there is priceless.

My first time here was last night visiting a friend who just moved in a few months ago. Grounds are clean and the staff all helpful. Rooms are nice and my friend seems to be happy here. He recommends it. So, I will also.

When it was time for Mom to move from Illinois to California, we chose Regency for several reasons. The bright open spaces were needed due to mom's failing vision. There are lots of activities to suit many different interests. We had looked at other facilities and although we saw some other nice places, it was important that mom have a patio or balcony as she was coming from a nice backyard with flowers and birds. Not all places had that and EVERY apartment at the Regency has one. She is very happy with the bus service and has not had problems getting where she needs to be. The staff is the best and it comes from the top down - Bob, Dave, Sarah, Shirley just to name a few. . The only difficulty I would say that exists is that there is not enough help in the dining room. The staff really works hard but they are responsible for too many tables and often there is quite a bit of wait time. I feel bad for them because they are all wonderful. The food generally is good with a nice brunch every Sunday and a Wednesday buffet lunch that highlights a different style of food (Mexican or Chinese or whatever). It was quite an adjustment for my mother but everyone was very friendly (of course, she is too so that helps!) both residents and staff. Anytime she has had a question or "problem" it has been handled quickly and courteously. She's been there almost a year and there has been no turnover as far as I can see among most of the staff. Very pleased.

My parents have been living at The Regency for 2 1/2 years. We visited a dozen other facilities and this one was far and away the best for our needs. My parents' apartment is spacious and sunny. The staff is wonderful - they are helpful, friendly and kind and truly care about the well-being and happiness of the residents. The number of activities available are varied and inviting. Many people have said it feels like they are on a deluxe cruise ship. This would be the sentiments of my parents. I see my parents at least once a week and almost always join them for at least one meal. The food is delicious and Javier, the Head Chef, is very talented and caring and works very hard to bring creativity to all special occasions. I highly recommend this facility.

Played a music gig here today. Had a nice group of residents out in the lobby area. It was visually appealing, and acoustically had a nice sound to it. I would love to come play here again. I also sampled some of the quiche and fruit that was out for happy hour, and it was delicious. Seems like a great place to me.

I visit the Regency on a regular basis to spend time with the residents and have developed some friendships with the staff and residents over the years. I always receive a warm reception and if there are snacks being served to the residents I am always offered to partake. Last time I did and everything was delightful! After spending about an hour with a large group of residents, one of my favorites, Sue, invited me to join her group for dinner in the dining room which was also quite an enjoyable experience. Five stars!!!

After a lot of research and visiting 8 senior care facilities, my sister and I selected the Regency and Mom moved in 2 months ago. She moved from out of state and was not able to see the facility beforehand so we were a bit apprehensive if she would like it. Fortunately she has been very happy with her lovely 1 bedroom with a view. She is enjoying the great food and has been participating in many of the daily activities that are available at the Regency including mahjong, musical performances and lectures. Mom has made many new friends in the short time she is there. She is more engaged and her state of mind is much more positive. The staff at the Regency is top notch! They are very caring, friendly, responsive and attentive, and we could not ask for more in that regard. Since arriving at the Regency, Mom is happier, more alert and engaged and as her daughters we are very grateful!!!

I agree with the statement under me 100% the old administer was a very kind person who cared about the residents & the employees & the new administer has no idea what she is doing she looks as if she does not even want to be there the corporation messed up big with this one.

The regency has been awful ever since they put that NEW administer. This place should return to the good ways and get the previous administer. The services are awful and the new administer doesn't even look like she cares about the Regency and the residents. Get rid of her now! It will be better with the old administer that actually cared and had a positive attitude and it will improve the service and quality and the residents will be happy. What awful mistake!
