This is a wonderful facility. It has an intimate feel with a family oriented atmosphere. The staff is absolutely amazing with all the residents. The love and care they show towards each individual staying there warms my heart. I visit my mom every day and I have nothing negative to say about Glucolodge. Samantha and Samona are just a few of the staff members who show nothing but love and patience. The love is genuine. I highly recommend Glucolodge if you are looking to place an elderly loved one in a facility. Don't travel anywhere else. This facility is the best in Monroe County. It's just as good if not better than most facilities in the Lehigh Valley. When I leave after visiting my mom I do not worry about her well being and that is a huge relief.

My brother, sister and I were very happy we were referred to Gluco Lodge. Everyone is caring, loving, respectful and understanding of our father's condition in his old age. Also, we were extremely satisfied with how clean and comfortable the atmosphere is kept always. The entire staff is always there to assist with any needs. I would highly recommend Gluco Lodge.

I can’t say enough good things about Gluco Lodge. The staff were so patient and kind with my mom, always taking the time to make her feel comfortable and cared for. The facility was clean, and they were great about keeping us informed and responding whenever she needed anything. It meant so much to our family to know she was in such good hands.

Great food! Great staff! Great location. Clean and warm. I loved that it's a family owned and run establishment rather than one of those corporate run facilities. I had my mom there first. About two years later I brought my dad there also. Both were very happy there. And I enjoyed visiting them. The owners provided numerous areas for us to visit in. Beautiful indoor sitting areas and a beautiful outdoor deck. They have great holiday parties and terrific entertainment. Their activity department is also active. My mom enjoyed that more than my dad did. Overall this place definitely seemed better than some of the others I considered. I have zero regrets for choosing them and I'm grateful I had the option to do so.

Gluco Lodge truly feels like a home. My uncle has been living there for several months, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. The staff is kind, attentive, and treats every resident like family. You can tell they genuinely care. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the meals are not only nutritious but also delicious”prepared by a skilled chef. There are plenty of daily activities to keep residents engaged and active, which we really appreciate. The office staff is professional, friendly, and always available to answer questions. Along with the great support staff. The managing team there has made the transition of a new better living space for my family accommodating and almost seamlessly easy . I have had an amazing experience learning and understanding how the managing teams makes the living situation for my love who I've been worried about lately . I've always worried about extended care for my family but with the help of the managing team it's been a great relief. Jelisa made it so easy and comforting and the transparency of how things are done just makes it easier to understand and trust. Thanks again for everything Jelisa, if wasnt for you and your guidance this year would have been really difficult. I really thank you for yiur honestly and personal attention to my family's situation Jelisa. You went above and beyond my expectations.

It needs to be updated, carpet is old. The atmosphere is old. I was there when a stomach virus was going around and there was no posting on the front door to let you know before hand and I ended up getting sick, vomiting and diarrhea for two days. There aren’t that many people in there to care for so not sure why they can’t do better with the caring of their people. I understand staffing but I blame management

My mother in law has been here for almost one year. Every single staff member, from the Nurses, CNAs, to Custodians, Cooks, Servers to Activities Coordinators is friendly, caring and kind towards her. Personal care homes can be rather impersonal but not this one! They know mom well, including all of her idiosyncrasies!! When I visit, everyone greets me with a smile! Any questions or concerns that I have are answered promptly and coordination with health care professionals is seamless. Making the decision to seek care for mom was not easy but I feel so at ease with our choice of Gluco Lodge.

My mom has been attending the day program at Gluco lodge for almost a year. This happens to be the only day program available in this area that we could find. Every time we pick her up she is very happy and in a great mood. The staff is very caring and work very hard. They treat her with dignity and enjoy having her attend. The kitchen is clean and the daily menus seems to be good , giving the residents quality and a nice variety. It’s very small and personnel making my mom comfortable and she doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. Give this place a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Had to visit my GF's grandpa here. I was expecting something grim, I never been in a nursing home before so I was a little nervous. It wasn't really so bad actually. The nurse Lisa was very kind and she could kinda tell I was a bit uneasy so she helped a lot. Everyone looked well cared for, and it was clean inside and he was happy.

We are so grateful for the care Mom received at Gluco lodge. The nurses and aides went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make Mom comfortable. Thank you Alan , Kelly and everyone at the lodge for making us feel like family. We could not have asked for a better place for mom.

Our family is so appreciative of all the staff at Gluco Lodge, we could not ask for better care. Every time we call to check on Mom they are so pleasant and answer any questions we may have. They went above & beyond to try and keep all the residents safe thru Covid, it was hard on all of them & us with the quarantining but they managed, as did we. The Gluco Lodge Personal Care Home is exactly that.... Personal. The staff is so friendly & caring , you can tell because the residents seem so content & happy. We are welcome to call any time and visit any time (they just appreciate a little notice....don't want to catch Mom napping!) We enjoy visiting not only with Mom on the outside deck, but with the other residents & staff also....everyone is so pleasant & friendly (we can't express that enough). We were referred by "word of mouth" and are highly referring to others when asked about Moms' care. So... from Susan A's family to the family at Gluco Lodge.....THANK YOU!!!! Please keep up the good work, you are greatly appreciated.

My father stayed at Gluco Lodge and I think it was the best place he could have been at his age of 91 and for his capabilities. I can’t think of a single employee out there that was rude, cross or disrespectful to my Dad or anyone else. They had very good meals for everyone and very helpful staff and did or provided plenty of activities for the residents to partake in. Family could visit anytime.it was a good home away from home for my Dad before he passed. Great place with great staff. Mary Jane Gordon

This is the best thing that’s happened to my father in his older years. The staff truly work hard and are absolutely committed to his health and wellbeing. Every single administration, medtechs, cleaners, Helpers, cooking staff, activities, Maintenance, etc - they all come together to make each and every resident a part of a big family. Even with a worldwide pandemic, they keep everyone happy, calm, and most of all safe. As a former resident’s son, I’ll miss ya guys.
