Excellent agency! We refer clients to them all the time and they are always satisfied with the care and communication. The owner even talks to some of the clients to ensure the services are going good, we appreciate that very much. We had a complex client that was referred and they not only handled the case but also were able to bill for the services through the insurance which no agency was able to problem solve prior to HomeWell. My father has a home health assistant twice weekly to help with showers. The assistants have been very caring, thorough and attentive to any requests. Therese has been with him now for a while and he totally loves her! Our initial contact with HomeWell was very positive with Michael and Wendi spending a lot of time in the home to assess needs and also just to visit and laugh a bit. Very positive experience thus far!
