If I could give more then 5 stars I would and I don't generally give the top rating for anything, because there is always something to improve on. With Imelda, I have yet to find anything that needs improving. She arrives on time, goes above and beyond her duties and care for our mother. Imelda has taken her to doctors appointments, the local senior center to pick up meals, taken her grocery shopping and lately assisting with her bill paying. I really do not know what we would be doing if we did not have Imelda's services. And the bonus, they both like each other's company. Imelda is well deserving of all the accolades.

We continue to be satisfied with Comfort Keepers and the care they have provided for my 93 year old mother. The main caregiver Ysenia is very attentive to my mother's increasing dementia needs and keeps me updated on her condition. She frequently goes above and beyond to help out wherever needed. The office is responsive when I need to change a schedule or address any concerns. Definitely recommend.

I have had several caregivers over the last month and clearly not all caregivers are created equal. Blanca Sandoval stood out from all the rest. Always attractive, caring and ready to help. She did not have to be told or asked to do what she was need to do. She always made sure she checked with me that I was ok with her care. Her care came from integrity, empathy and heart. I will miss her kindness and thoughtfulness very much.

I had an elective surgery in July, and since I live alone I thought it prudent to have 24 hour help for four days, and help with transportation to therapy and grocery shopping. This was an invaluable service, since I ran a fever the second night and my caregiver, Lilly took me to the hospital late at night. I am not sure what I would have done without her. Everyone who helped me was professional and very helpful, but let me also do as much for myself as I felt able to do. The care givers were on time, and very polite. Lilly also helped me by getting me my prescriptions when they ran out. Blanca saw me a couple of times and took me to my outpatient appointments until I could drive myself. She always arrived ten minutes early and that was a comfort to me. We did grocery shopping afterward. Thanks to all, some I haven't mentioned, and to Cindy for coordinating the service. I will use them in the future and encourage others to do so, if they find it difficult to find a companion within their own circle. Flash forward to 2024. I had a fall and subsequent leg fracture in February. I was able to get Comfort Keepers to provide assistance from Pierre to take me to Urgent Care, where, 5 hours later, he took me home, with a cast on my leg, no weight bearing instructions and a new wheelchair to boot! I don't know how I would have gotten home without their help. I was able to schedule 4 hour segments of care throughout the next two weeks, until I started being more independent again.

My father suddenly began collapsing. He needed around the clock care. Enter Comfort Keepers. I spoke with CK's owner, Sally, and she immediately cleared her calendar to meet with us. We used CK for about 2.5 weeks. There was an instance where the caregiver was not a good fit. Upon hearing our concerns, CK quickly made changes to send someone closer in line with our needs. My family and I are so thankful to the caregivers who came to help my father. Adrian, especially, stood out as an amazing caregiver! (From day one, he was one step ahead of my father and even helped my mother make her life easier. He was professional, warm, patient, and highly capable.) Marquisha, too, was wonderful. We appreciate her professionalism, athleticism, kindness, and wanting to make life easier for my mother. I need someone to sign me out and drive me home after a medical procedure. Sally was able to listen to my needs and help me to schedule the transportation successfully. Dora was the caregiver, who came to pick me up on the day. She was warm and friendly, making me feel so comfortable to have her drive me home. I would say they both are professional and reliable. I definitely will recommend transportation services from Comfort Keepers.

My mom needed 24hr care 7 days a week when she came out of a nursing home and went home, Comfort Keepers really came through! For a few years, my mom has needed caregivers off and on. I've dealt with different companies that really haven't been right for mom and office/billing staff that hasn't been right for me. In March 2023 a friend told me about Comfort Keepers and it's been so great! The caregivers are terrific, trained well, on time, caring and are so pleasant that my mom loves them. The office staff and managers Sally, Anissa, and Cindy have made my life easier because they make it so easy to ask questions, do my moms schedule and billing has been problem free. I really appreciate them.

I am a 67 year old female and have been taking care of my 99 year old mom for the last 12 years. After my mom contracted salmonella in April of this year, I was asking her health care provider/s for referrals and/or assistance in locating home health care companies. Kaiser referred me to Comfort Keepers, along with a few others, and I found Comfort Keepers to be the best choice for us. From the moment I called and spoke with the appointment coordinator, I was put at ease with the level of reassurance I needed as I was so stressed from helping my mom recover from the food poisoning AND with making calls to find home care help. Calling agencies is a daunting task to say the least. The office manager came to meet my mom and I to discuss my mom's needs and to hear our specific requests for the kind of person we felt could benefit us the most. What I found to be the most helpful, is the fact that Comfort Keepers does the vetting and background checks of potential caretakers and matches them with not only the hours during the day we need them the most, but tries to match the right personality based on our requests and what the coordinator asked my mom what she felt was the most important. My mom and I are both very pleased with the caretaker assigned to us; she is just the right type of person we needed: experienced, bilingual, pleasant personality, and willing to go the extra mile to make my mom happy and comfortable. I'm very glad I called Comfort Keepers and I highly recommend them.

Comfort Keepers Burbank gave great care. Staff who came to the house were extremely reliable, and willing to work with the routine preferred by our parent. The office staff was also wonderful to work with, and were very responsive to questions and requested schedule changes. The in-home assessment visits by administrative staff were much appreciated too, as our parent was able to directly ask questions and express preferences for care. They and the caregiving staff were always respectful of our parent as the client.

Sally and the rest of the Burbank Comfort Keepers team have been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very professional, attentive and caring, and they have taken a genuine interest in being part of the team caring for my elderly Mom who recently moved in with us. Comfort Keepers met with Mom and spoke with me several times to assess Mom's needs and personality in order to find the most appropriate caregiver, and they did just that. Comfort Keepers matched Mom up with Dora who has been a blessing for Mom and us. I've been with comfort keepers since November, my caregiver Agota is my favorite we get along really well. She helps me with my sugar free meals and she drives everywhere I want to go with no problem. She very appreciative and I always get " thank you" we enjoy cappuccinos together. They always try to find someone when I need at the spur of a moment. She also help me find my groceries faster than I can and helps me unload and put away everything. She treats me like I'm the most important job she has.
