My mom had regular caregivers from ComForCare for the last 3-4 years. She greatly appreciated the help around the house as well as the companionship. The caregivers were hardworking and friendly. In the final months of my mom's life, as her health was declining quickly, our family's caregiving needs were changing week to week to week, and even day to day. The ComForCare office staff was very flexible and accommodating during this difficult time for our family, and 1-2 caregivers especially stood out for their outstanding service and care.

One of my dads wishes when he was still healthy was that he wanted to stay in his own home. Nine years ago my dad started to develop alzheimer's, and I hired a local Personal Support Worker company. This company did an excellent job in looking after dad, but as the alzheimer's got worse and turned into dementia, then this company recognized that they could no longer offer the care or support that he required. So I sourced out another company that said they looked after dementia patients, but after 2 weeks I realized that the PSW did not have the skills or training to do the job dad needed and deserved. So interview 3 other companies, looking for professional company with proper training, and I found that in ComForCare. Professional interview with Varden Shahmuradyan, who took lots of notes of what was expected daily. The PSW workers did an excellent job in keeping dad comfortable and happy. When I was at work it was comforting to know that they arrived on time, I never had to worry about a no show, that the right pills were administered at the right times daily, that he was given his meals and coffee, that his diapers was changed when needed, clean cloths daily, fresh bed sheets daily, and the dishes were always washed, but most of all that they truly cared. The office staff were great to work with, their invoices were very clean and straight forward. I like the fact that they were local and could offer and extra body if the care worker need assistance. I have nothing bad to say about the ComForCare Team and there professionalism, and I am truly grateful that I found them. Doug

ComForCare Halton always provided great service and great caregivers for my mother. She was 3 hours away from me and travelling back and forth was getting hard on me so I moved her to a retirement lodge 2 minutes from me. Otherwise I would still be using ComForCare services. Our family initially met up with Vardan while our father was living at home. We required a live in 24/7 for an extended period while family vacationed. Vardan was sensitive to our needs and was able to accommodate this request with a compassionate wonderful worker whom my father adored. Vardan also offered a reasonable price for this coverage. Shortly after this period of time, our father was admitted to hospital. Within a few months it became difficult for my sisters and myself to support daily, so again we called upon Vardan for weekend assistance. He was able to provide consistent staffing to cover weekends meals, again at a reasonable rate. Given my experience with Vardan, his staff and his professionalism, I would highly recommend his services.
