I was recommended to Care With Grace by a friend. From the minute I started talking with Mandy about my situation with my mother I felt cared for. From the first person to the last person that came to take care of my mom my mom was taken care of. Mandy makes it her personal duty to find someone to fill the needs of Care With Grace‘s clients. From the first phone call with Mandy to the phenomenal care each person provides for my Mom, CWG has exceeded all of my expectations. Care with Grace has been a Godsend! My 92 year old parents wanted to come back to their Home Sweet Home after not living in their home for over 3 years. They wanted to spend this chapter of their lives, close to family and in their actual home. I spent a couple of weeks interviewing CNAs. Mandy, Owner of Care with Grace was recommended and that changed our world. From the moment that I met her, I knew that we were in good hands. She coordinated the perfect group of CNAs to work around the clock taking care of my aging parents. She set up working interviews so that we could meet the team. These very talented, extraordinary women have taken such amazing 24-7 around the clock phenomenal care of my folks for the past year during covid. My dad peacefully passed away in July 2020 but was exactly where he wanted to be (in his own home and at peace) when he passed. The caregivers helped tremendously through dads journey. Mom, age 92 1-2 is still thriving as Care with Grace staff continue to love and nurture mom with daily walks, painting, arts and crafts, stimulating her and loving her. She is happy and thriving with the incredible care they she gets, the personal touch and one on one attention.We couldnt be more pleased! Care with Grace has made us feel so at ease! We had one week of trial and (mostly) error with another company and learned a lot about how in-home care works. We interviewed multiple companies following that, and CWG stood out in every way, shape, and form. One of the most important aspects of their protocol is the consistency they provide. They will never send a caretaker that hasnt had a meet-and-greet with the family, which means our loved one has the same wonderful, familiar caretakers on a consistent basis. A shift has never been left uncovered, no excuses ever made, and everyone knows our loved ones routines, needs, likes-dislikes, etc. She enjoys her time with each and every one of them and they have become like family.
