I cannot say enough wonderful things about my home physical therapist, Alley. She has truly been a blessing in my life and recovery journey. From the very beginning, Alley was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared that I would get better. She always went above and beyond, and along the way she became more than a therapist”she became a dear friend. Alley first came to help me with hand therapy after surgery for my broken hand. Later, when my hip became so painful that I could barely walk before surgery, she was there encouraging me and helping me prepare. We even counted down the days together until my hip surgery. Then right after surgery, Alley was back by my side. She was gentle, patient, and understanding, yet she also encouraged me to work hard in therapy so I could heal and regain strength. Because of her skill, knowledge, and encouragement, I made progress so quickly”it was amazing to see. Alley is highly educated and excellent at what she does. No question was ever ignored. She always answered everything I asked and took the time to explain things in a way that gave me confidence and peace of mind. She truly listens, and she always made me feel cared for. She also brought joy into the process. Alley even makes the most beautiful homemade cookies! Her kindness and warmth made every visit brighter. Most of all, Alley made a real difference in my recovery. I thank God that He placed her in my path during such an important season of healing. I had an excellent experience with Caprock Home Health. Ashley (RN), Maris (LVN), and Alley (PT) made an incredible team. They were compassionate, caring, and highly knowledgeable, always showing great attention to detail in everything they did. I especially appreciated how quick and confident they were in making decisions when needed. Their dedication truly made a difference in the care of our 93 year old aunt, and I’m so grateful for their support.

Caprock Home Health has been wonderful to work with. The caregivers they have sent to stay with my mother have been well-trained and all have gone the extra mile when needed. The company does the best they can to meet my desires for caregivers at specific times. Sometimes they have difficulty with staffing due to circumstances outside their control. This is the same difficulty facing so many businesses these days. But we have loved the caregivers we’ve met and appreciate their efforts.

Caprock is currently providing services for my sister and they have been wonderful from day one!!! She lives alone in Lubbock and had life altering surgery, wants to remain as independent as possible. All of her team has been excellent!!! She still has long road ahead but I am not as worried about her with the great care she is receiving by all at Caprock. I don't live in same town so it gives me great comfort between my visits with her. Thank you to each and every one at Caprock!!
