I chose them since Ucsd said they have a collaboration with them. I had no idea they have an F rating with the BBB and were not accredited. Their Google reviews are all one star except for caregivers and staff reviews, like here, which don’t count! They accepted to take care of my mother who has Alzheimer’s and had an accident at home. it turns out their main home care person was on vacation and they hid that from me so was not available to come take care of her for a week after she was discharged from the hospital then they were so short staffed they said they can only come out once a week when the doctor an insurance and hospital wanted three days a week then the person they sent did not know she had two broken bones and was going to have her do weight-bearing exercises until I said something she couldn’t find in the notes about the two fractures. It was so dangerous if I hadn’t been there to stop it, she would’ve really harmed my mother in addition to the harm done by them, not having staff to see her in a timely manner. It is now almost 2 weeks since my mother was discharged from the hospital and their response from my complaints about all of this was to dump my mother as a patient and make a start over somewhere new losing another week with my mother‘s urgently needed home care and therapy exercises. They seem to be the most unethical organization. It was shocking what poor care and then to abandon and endanger a patient like that.
