I enrolled my loved one at PB assisted living facility for memory care five months ago, and I was extremely satisfied with the service they offered. The caregivers were always attentive to her needs, and they kept me informed about her condition throughout her decline. The facility organized engaging activities such as card games, puzzles, and interactive family feud games on a large screen in the living room. Moreover, the meals were not only delicious but also appetizing. Liz and Maria took great care of her, ensuring she looked her best every day until she passed away. The staff members were all professionals in their respective roles. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

In my opinion, this is the best assisted living locally. It was the best decision we made for my mom by moving her here. The Pebble Brook facility is family owned and the family members are the caregivers themselves. My mother received the best care possible in her final months on earth. They monitored her till her last breath and we are eternally thankful !

Having recently visited this place, I would highly recommend it ‚, and consider it a wonderful home for any elderly individual. Pebble Brook Assisted Living provides staff that is caring and professional who ensure that everyone receives the attention they need to feel valued, while living in a comforting and friendly setting. Not only are the residents well-cared for through the wide variety of activities, but staff members are always there to assist with any concern that may arise. Food is another plus at Pebble Brook, as it is well-prepared, healthy, and balanced. Plus, the location is close to my house in Temecula, just 5 minutes away.

My grandma spent a month at Pebble Brook Assisted Living under respite care, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff showed an exceptional level of dedication and compassion, making her feel right at home. Maria cooked delicious healthy meals for her daily and Winston drove her to her Doctor's appointment when I wasn't around. A big help to me, they went above and beyond expectations! Thanks! Compared to other facilities, Pebble Brook is by far the best…. one of a kind. I highly suggest you move your loved ones there. Super aware, very kind, very responsive and compassionate care givers because the owners are the ones working there! My mother had very specific needs, and Winston and staff did everything to satisfy her needs. Finding assisted living for a loved one is a huge, emotional undertaking because you want your loved one to be taken care of and safe, so I'm so glad we found Pebble Brook. This has been a pleasure to write because I'm very grateful for them and their care!

It's been 4 years since my uncle died. Pebble Brook assisted me , and I remember the top-notch service they provided for him. The food quality was also good. None of those canned meals, always homemade. The care was top-notch. I highly recommend them when looking for someone to care for your loved ones.

This place is simply wonderful! The caring and dedicated staff did an incredible job looking after my mom. They've been so encouraging, pushing her gently to become more active, and it's really paying off. Their kindness and warmth shines through in everything they do. Plus, the home is consistently clean with no yucky smell - cleanliness is clearly a priority here. And the food? It always looks so appetizing and served hot! Honestly, I couldn't ask for anything more!

My grandma was with Pebble Brook Assisted Living late stage Dementia for a year. She was well taken care of. Nice home like atmosphere, very very kind caring staff and the facility was well maintained. No odors. I rest assure you, look no further. When the time came caring for her became difficult, my monthly rates remained flat. Thanks again.

Liz and her staff took care of my late grand mother from many years back. She spent the last 5 months of her life living to the fullest life can give her. They prepared her quality foods daily and she did not remained in soiled diapers for long. The caregivers were respectful and caring. They always got her ready when I would take her out of the house.

This place is extremely nice for the elderly! My grandpa was here before he passed away this last March. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable, and he was under constant care by people who cared.

Look no further then Pebble Brook Senior Assisted Living if you want a home, and not just some place to put your loved one in. I placed my aunt in this home a little over 3 ½ years ago with dementia. The prior top rated and very expensive facility she was in was just not giving her the care I felt she needed as she was starting to decline. From the moment she came into this home the people who own it and their workers made Peggy feel she was with family. My one request to them was not to have her stay in her bedroom all day. No matter when I came over, and they never had warning of the time, she was up, dressed, cleaned and in the family room. She loved music and they always had some form of music playing for her. They took the time to learn the music that put a smile on her face. Elizabeth, one of the owners, was always making sure her hair was nice and doing her nails. She was always talking to Peggy which put a big smile on her face. Winston, the other owner, would always have a donut and coffee with Peggy and talk to her in the morning. The expressions on her face made you know she loved that attention from him. If it was nice outside, he would wheel her out to the porch to sit in the sun, which was one of Peggy’s favorite things to do each day when she was in her own home before the dementia. Winston did much of the lifting and as soon as she got on her feet she would always want to dance with the music. Winston was great at keeping her upright and steady so she could handle a few swaying motions to feel like she was young again. The house never once smelled bad or never looked dirty. Window blinds were always open to let the sunshine in. Windows were open on nice days to let fresh air in. Meals always looked good. Her first year in the house on her birthday they allowed me to bring family and food in to celebrate with her. Everyone that works in this home is always happy to talk to you and make you feel like you are part of their family. Covid was difficult, I’m a healthcare worker and couldn’t take chances coming into the home to often. There was always a chance I could have something that could be passed on to her or anyone else in the home. I relied on the owners to keep me informed on how she was doing and anything she may have needed. Their number one priority for them was always to keep all of their residents safe. The most special part of care in this home came the day Peggy was passing. The call was made to me with the news. I was really sick and talking with Winston we agreed as much as my plan had always been to be there with her while she was passing it just couldn’t happen. I couldn’t come into the home and possibly get everyone as sick as I was. I know they were with her throughout the night watching over her. Winston was great at calling and texting me regularly to keep me well informed of what was going on. They made sure she was in no pain. As soon as she took her last breath, he was on the phone with me at 3:40 AM letting me know she finally looked at complete peace. After 9 years she was no longer in battle with dementia. In my heart I know there was no better place or people to be with then the owners and workers of this home. I will always be grateful for the care and love they gave my aunt.

My dad was given the best care possible by Elizabeth, Winston, and Tess. I was very satisfied with their ability to work with the support staff from hospice and palliative care at Kaiser. They always made my dad and I comfortable amidst all the medical issues my father had. Highly recommend.

Caring and compassionate family owned home. We were really pleased with the level of care our father received. Hot home cooked meals, outstanding personal care, and all around comfortable living conditions. Everything was handled in accordance within state guidelines and assisted and accommodated the medical personnel required for my fathers care. We would highly recommend for your loved one.

The overall experience was excellent in regards to my mom Ann. My mom was transferred from another board and care where she developed bedsores. When she got transferred to Pebble Brook Assisted living, just after 6 months, her bedsores disappeared! I'm really grateful for the hard-work the staff put in for the wound care and the quality of the food/care my mom received
