Overall a great experience! While in surgery & out of surgery my family was reached out to. All meals are served here and the food is great! You’ll receive plenty of fluids throughout day from water, tea & whatever you prefer that has electrolytes. The care that I was given has helped me tremendously so that I can be independent once I was back home. I packed lite because everything I needed was here. Transportation to & from surgery is included also your postop appointments. I’d like to highlight that I was prayed over before surgery! Smoothies here are soo good! The staff is so sweet! Massages are done here so you don’t have to leave or find someone.

Traveling to Miami from out of state for cosmetic surgery was already nerve-racking. I had read so many horror stories about recovery homes”patients losing their deposits, receiving poor care, and experiencing a lack of support during recovery.That’s why I felt so reassured after speaking with Julia. She took the time to explain everything and let me know that her facility is state-licensed, not just a business operating without proper credentials. That gave me tremendous peace of mind because, in the event of a medical emergency, licensed facilities can immediately call for emergency assistance and provide the appropriate level of care. Unfortunately, not all recovery facilities operate with the same standards, so it’s important to do your research.Wellness Living Recovery Home is truly the way to go! The food is excellent, the staff is caring and professional, and all of the services are top-notch. From hydration therapy to lymphatic drainage treatments, they provide everything you need for a comfortable and speedy recovery.I highly recommend Wellness Living Recovery Home to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and supportive place to recover after surgery. They exceeded my expectations and made a stressful experience so much easier.

My mom and i booked with wellness living for post op recovery stay/care. Although due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get surgery, but my mom did, our experience here was AMAZING! They treated my mom and I with so much patience and honest care! They make sure you are properly fed and medication is taken on time etc. They are also very attentive. The establishment is cleaned daily and all in all just a very comfortable place to heal in after surgery when you’re in your most vulnerable time. I appreciate everything they have done for us. We made long term relationships with Ms. Julia and Ms. Angie they were awesome! Hope to to see them soon °

I had a very positive experience staying at this recovery house after my surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff was excellent”kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was comfortable and healing properly. The administrator of the facility was especially great, always professional, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns. The food was also very good, which made a big difference during recovery. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully provided. The entire place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind while I was healing. What stood out the most was how supportive the staff was throughout my stay. They consistently encouraged me to eat, drink fluids, and get up and walk to help prevent blood clots. Even though I was exhausted and in pain after my surgery, that encouragement and support truly made a difference in my recovery. At one point, I needed to go to the emergency room, and the facilitator strongly encouraged me to go right away to ensure everything was okay. That level of care and concern meant a lot to me. It also gave me added confidence knowing that the facility is licensed with the state, which reflects their commitment to meeting proper standards of care and professionalism. This is not the kind of care you would receive at an unlicensed facility”I’ve stayed at others before and did not experience the same level of attention, support, and overall quality of care. Overall, I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this recovery house to anyone needing a safe, clean, and supportive place to recover.

I wish I would give this place a 10/10. Let me start off by saying this was my first experience flying out for surgery, my flight got super delayed. I missed every appointment I had scheduled that day and even my check in time. When I called Julia the owner to update her she reassured me everything will be ok and I would still be able to check in. Upon arrival I was greeted with a much needed warm hug. This women is an angel, I mean heaven sent. The recovery home itself is beautiful, peaceful, calm. Julia and her staff supports you during recovery and provide delicious nutritious meals. This experience was beyond standard care for me personally. Living such a fast paced life at home, it was a lot of spiritual healing going on while under her care. I had quiet time and space to talk to God and hear his voice again. I then realized Julia knows God too, so no wonder everything felt so beautifully aligned. Julia and her team not only helped my recovery in every natural way, but spiritual too and I truly thank God for her. She also goes above and beyond standard care, making sure I was comfortable and have everything I needed. I don’t know how to thank her enough, it was life changing for me honestly. When I was getting a little cabin fever, she offered to take me and my roommate to the nail salon. I just can’t put all my gratitude into words! Julia goes beyond transactional experiences she makes you feel like family. Thank you Julia, thank you Rose and all her wonderful staff. I did a 6 day stay, and I will be back in June!!

I had an exceptional experience at Wellness Living Recovery Home. From the moment I arrived, Mrs. Julia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. She consistently administered medications on time, regularly checked my vitals, and made sure I stayed well hydrated with plenty of fluids. She also provided transportation to and from my surgery, as well as to my first post operative appointment, making the entire process seamless. In addition, she accommodated my food preferences while maintaining a healthy routine. The three daily meals, along with smoothies and fresh fruits, were a highlight. During my first few days, I was in significant pain and had difficulty managing basic tasks. Mrs. Julia went above and beyond, assisting me with bathing, helping feed me, and offering constant reassurance. Her level of care truly made me feel as though I was at home being looked after by family. She also ensured I received proper post operative care by arranging massage services and continuously encouraging me to move and stay active, which greatly supported my recovery process. In addition, she has an excellent team supporting her who contributed greatly to my experience. They were kind, attentive, and brought such positive energy, sharing laughs and creating a warm, welcoming environment that truly made me feel at home. I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion I received. Mrs. Julia and her team made a challenging experience much more manageable, and I highly recommend Wellness Living Recovery Home to anyone in need of a supportive, professional, and attentive recovery environment.

They cook base on your preferences and help you in everything they can so you can have a well and good recovery. Rosemary the Jamaican cooker, best one, I dont eat soup and she make me a Jamaican soup and it was so good that I ate 3 plates.
