My Mother was a resident at Seaside Terrace III for almost a year. The home is very clean and well suited for senior living. They have 6 bedrooms and typically had 4 residents while my mom was there. The caregivers are well trained and extremely compassionate. English is their second language (they are Filipino) so communication with hard of hearing residents can be a little challenging at times but what's lacking in English skills is more than made up for by their kindness, attentive care, and amazing work ethic. There are always at least two care givers onsite 24/7. They prepare all meals (and do a great job of it), handle all cleaning/laundry, and assist with all activities of daily living. They are very adept at providing memory care. As my mother's needs increased they were always on top of providing the additional care she required i.e. fall detectors, out of bed alarm, medical bed, bedside commode, transferring assistance, etc. They coordinated care with my Mom's in home healthcare team and later with the hospice service. I recommend Seaside Terrace III to any family who is looking for a residential care home for their loved one. They will take wonderful care of your family member and they will provide all the care they require without the need to move to other facilities as their needs increase.
