When searching for hospice care I really wanted a just like home experience for my mom. When I met Daniela at Serenity Manor of Canton, I knew this was the place. She is caring, kind and compassionate. Even though she did not have an opening at the time, Daniela invited me in to view the manor. Such a lovely, peaceful setting. She took the time to sit and talk about my mom’s care, and was instrumental in getting hospice care set up in my home. I know Serenity Manor would have been the perfect place for mom. The Manor is spotless, the food is freshly prepared and the environment is open, warm and friendly. We were fortunate to find Serenity Manor for our mom. It is a beautiful facility located in scenic surroundings. They were able to provide our mom care when traditional assisted living care was no longer able to. Being a small facility provided her with the attention she needed. Lumi and Daniella are both great!! (I cannot say enough good things about them.) Our mom was there for several years and the care she received was lovingly provided. While she has passed way, I will always be grateful for the care she received. Forever - Thank You!

Serenity Manor of Canton is a beautiful senior care group home that is well-maintained with caring staff that attend to my mother’s needs and much more. Mom is receiving excellent five-star care and I only wish that we had found Daniela and Lumi sooner. My family does not need to worry about Mom any longer as she is now in experienced hands, and, as a result, we have peace of mind with her at Serenity Manor. Mom loves the home-cooked meals. Her needs are closely monitored and communication with staff is superb. There are not enough superlatives for Serenity Manor. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

After a month of trying a memory care unit of a highly regarded nursing home (during the height of COVID in 2021), we desperately needed to move my dad to a place where he could get 24hr care. Dealing with Alzheimer's/dementia is already a tough burden, but true suffering sets in when you feel like you have nowhere to take them; when seemingly nobody can help us. After several trips to the ER (because the nursing home couldn't/wouldn't deal with his behavior), a social worker found an opening at Serenity Manor. This was a god-send. We were emotionally broken at this point, and our expectations were extremely low. But as I write this 1 year later, I have a renewed sense of faith in humanity. Serenity Manor is the kind of place where you can immediately sense positive, calming energy. You're not walking into a facility, you're walking into the home of Daniela and Lumi, two sisters who are like angels. Whether you're considering this place as a future home for your loved one, or if you're looking for senior care employment, this is the place. The staff here are amazing. The vibe is calm. The place is immaculately clean. The food is home cooked. The smiles are genuine. Our family will be forever grateful to the care my dad is getting here. Thank you, Daniela and Lumi!

We were looking for a place to take care my 97 year old mother after my father passed and we wanted a home environment and more individual attention and that's what she got at Serenity Manor of Canton. They were very attentive to all her needs, health and personal, monitored her health continuously and contacted us quickly about changes. They were very accommodating to us, allowing visits everyday and taking her out whenever we wanted. My mother liked the food and the staff there. She said she was the happiest living there since having to move into assisted living. The home is extremely clean and they are very conscientious about keeping everything and everybody sanitary that enters the premises. The home and the grounds are beautiful. Having my mother there over the summer, we were able to spend a lot of time out on their deck enjoying the backyard, she liked all the flowers and nature. My mother really enjoyed living at Serenity and was great piece of mind for us. We would recommend Serenity Manor to anyone looking for assisted living.

I agree with all of the great comments regarding Serenity Manor, the owners and the staff. My mom has been there for 2 years and I am so thankful. I cannot say enough about what they have done for my mom. They take such great care of the residents. It is extremely clean. The only smell there is the smell of home cooked meals. I feel blessed to have found this place for my mom, and I feel they were able to give me additional quality time with my mom that I would not have had otherwise.

Do not overlook this place if you are trying to find a good facility to place your parent in. Beautiful, loving and super clean. The staff and the owners go above and beyond what they need to do. They resolve residents issues caused by other companies. Whether is a pharmacy, medical equipment, hospice issue, they do not stop until they resolve it all. Attention to detail is present here in every aspect of their care. They are a hidden gem in Canton. I am so glad I found them. I do not know what I would without them.

If you are looking for a loving, caring home for your parent, Serenity Manor is the answer to your prayers. From the time our mother entered the doors at Serenity Manor, she was treated like family. Daniela, the owner, treated my mother like she was her own mother. The staff is so attentive to each individual in the home and the ratio of care givers to patients is excellent. All meals are home made, the home is immaculate, and residents are constantly monitored and interacted with. The care was exceptional! This was the perfect place for our mother to call home. We will forever be grateful for everything the staff at Serenity Manor did for our mother!

I’m grateful every day for the caring, dedicated people at Serenity Manor. It’s a warm, welcoming home where my mom (99 and blind) has had lots of love and individual attention for the past 3 years. The surroundings are clean and bright, and she always looks forward to the good food. I feel we are part of Daniela and Lumi’s family, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our 96 yr old Aunt is a happy resident at Serenity Manor. I can't say enough about the top notch, loving care she's receiving there. The owners and staff are just wonderful. They treat each resident with utmost respect. She's gained strength in her arms and hands through their exercise program. Her mind stays sharp with fun word games, a bit like being on a quiz show, that show how smart they all are! The meals are all home cooked. The place is beautifully decorated and spotless! I would highly recommend Serenity Manor of Canton for your loved one!

I got a chance to make an unexpected visit to Serenity Manor of Canton to check it out. The minute you walk in you are immediately hit with a beautiful place with absolutely NO SMELL! Other assisted living homes I visited where super stinky. The place is incredibly spotless! The residents I saw and met there where all clean and very well taken care of. All the bedrooms where spic and span as where the bathrooms, kitchen, community room and dining room. I was there while residents started getting lunch served and they all had there own trays with names on them and where served homemade soup. The ones that could not feed themselves where very lovingly being fed by one of the workers and the ones that could eat by themselves seem to enjoy there food. Daniella, the owner, showed me around. She was very knowledgeable and caring about her residents. Daniella is also very, very, organized. I would highly suggest Serenity Manor of Canton to anyone who is looking to place a loved one in an assisted living home. Top notch care at its best! I just can't say enough about this place.

Serenity Manor worked out really well for our 94 year old Dad. He had a lot of needs, and we visited a lot of places to try to find the right fit. Serenity turned out to be better equipped than some of the larger homes we looked at. For example, they had a Hoyer Lift, and I watched them use it many times to help Dad and some of the other residents move around the facility. The heart of the place is the staff. They were great. The small size of the facility meant that the staff had a good understanding of the needs of each resident. When I visited my Dad, there were often family members of other residents visiting as well, and all of them had good things to say about how their loved ones were being cared for. The facility is in a brand new building with wide hallways and a huge bathroom, all designed for a high-need population. It became clear to us that, for bathing and toileting, Dad was safer there than he had been at home. I highly recommend it.

This place is absolutely awesome with elderly people. The owner Daniela has been great with advising me about my 79 yr old mom, who has been struggling with mental issues as she ages. Anyone who has ever had to deal with an aging loved one understands the stress that caretakers deal with. Daniela has taken a lot of time to explain care options so that my mom can get the best care.
