From the owners to the staff, Fidelis House V has been a game changer for our loved one who was misdiagnosed, mistreated, blamed, shamed and neglected at 2 reputable, larger format assisted living/memory care facilities in BR. We were at our *wits end* when we finally came across Fidelis Care, a true hidden gem. "Problems" that were made out to be psychiatric & "out of the scope" of the other facilties were all very normal Dementia behaviors and issues, which have been EASILY resolved and managed with grace and integrity at Fidelis. Properly trained staff for memory care is vital!!! Our loved one is able to be themself, is happier, healthier, and we are no longer stressed out every single day. THANK YOU, Rachelle & Judy & staff! We need more like Fidelis' in this industry.
