After a few unsuccessful attempts to find the right private home for my father, we were so fortunate to find Hazel Home. From the moment he arrived, he truly thrived. The level of care, compassion, and attention he received was beyond anything we could have hoped for—they treated him as if he were their own family. We shared holidays together with everyone in the home, and the other residents quickly felt like extended family to us as well. It brought so much comfort knowing he was not only well cared for, but also surrounded by warmth, companionship, and genuine love. My father’s needs were complex, and his situation would have been incredibly difficult—if not impossible—for me to manage on my own. Hazel Home gave him dignity, comfort, and joy in his final years, and for that, I will be forever grateful. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to care for my dad. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
