My mother in law has been living in the Plano home for almost 3 years now. We are welcome to visit any time without notice. Not once has there been any cause for concern or neglect. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care she receives here at NTPCH. Patricia, the lead nurse-manager is such a blessing. My mother in law is in her early 80s, has end stage dementia and suffered a stoke before coming here. She had been in 2 other local facilities that were horrible and ran their staff 1 to 24 patients. Not here! They have 2-3 nurses at all times for 6 residents. The home is so clean and warm. They really do feel like this is their home and everyone is family. Thank you Bryan for providing such great care for the elderly. - Donna
